This is a very bold prediction. I think this year will be very difficult. But we must hope that the cryptocurrency market will go up.
As of now we can't tell anything about some speculation because we started the year 2019. And I think people are ready now to what will happen anytime this year in crypto. Be observer and vigilant at all time.
I'm sure projects will become even better in 2019, more innovative tech will be introduced and the crypto community will mature further.

Yes you can speculate but nobody knows what will happened for this year , some say that since 2018 is bad for crypto then it will be opposite in 2019 well I hope it is but likewise lets just be patience and let see what will happened this year .
They called it the development cycle of crypto. However, the recovery of the market will not come so soon (2019), I guess.According to me, it must be several years or more for a strong recovery.
it would be nice if this year is better than 2017, but i do not believe it. rather, i believe that 2019 will be like 2018. the reputation of crypto will increase, but the price will remain untouched. this is what my personal assessment for 2019 looks like.

I think ETF decision is no more a massive factor to the fluctuations of the market as last negative news on ETF had almost no impact to the Prices. bakkt going to massive but seems to be getting much more time than we believe.
2019 should be a up year most likely but hard to know in advance if it is going to be as good or better than 2017 was.
Even if ETF and Bakkt will be launched, I don't think 2019 will be more profitable, than 2017.

We have to assume there will positive movement in this year but nothing is predictable in this crypto market. So we have to keep faith in the market otherwise, it is very tough to manage our holding, with positive moment will help us to hold them until we make a decent profit.

2019 won't be the difficult year for crypto currency market because it year when the crypto market will be totally stable and be prepare for the bullish market but some altcoin will quench as you thought due to the traumatized situations caused by the previous market correction.
The current correction in market is already long in the tooth and almost equal to the long correction bitcoin had in 2014-2015 period. It should end soon and 2019 should start the next up cycle.
China will make news for weak hands again. 
Well if in case that it will be aoproved for sure a lot of investors outside this industry will be interested and will come in for sure there would be growth but it doesnt mean a bull market will follow. I am thinking that the $3k+ mark for BTC is the min/max in the market.

I have spoken with some ICO dev based on china and they told me that their government will support the projects though i am very doubtful about this since i know what is China’s stand regarding ico

I was just kidding about China. I am just used to them stating something that will have a lil effect on the market. ICO is not the trend anymore unlike 2017 and early 2018 what I am hoping now is for us to get bull run for existing ones.

Well, we can't predict looking at how the market is right now. Nothing is impossible though, the way bitcoin price rose in 2017 within a short time can still happen this year and even surpass. The year is still young, anything can happen, the bull season might start soon.
