I hope 2021 will be very good for cryptocurrencies. Litecoin is one of the prominent coins of this year.
They certainly have the potential to rise. I think Litecoin is one of the top three coins to invest in.

The reason why this year will be Ltc year is, in 2017 and 2018 litecoin only up a little if we compare to ethereum and other altcoin. Another thing is Litecoin halving was in 2019 and now we entering bullish year. Maybe it can goes up to $1000 or more in this year.

Litcoin is absolutely an interesting beast. It is not unregulated, but it still "nascent" despite being around for 11 years.
It is market driven, yet we know there is market manipulation.
All I know for sure, is when people are certain it will moon, it will crash, and when people are certain it will crash it will moon.

And that's why it's been sideways for so too long.

Tell me, why did Charlie Lee dump all his LTC then?
He wanted to get out while he still can, even tho he's the creator of it.
But as with all ALTS, once the alt season starts it will pump

I actually got introduced to a Litecoin based game and I am trying it now to see if it is interesting. I am surprised that Litecoin is having some sort of resurgence and this will definitely help the coin gain more investors and more followers. As long as the developers will constantly help in these innovations with the coin then I should be confident that this said coin that we follow will certainly become relevant the coming months.

Litecoin is very good Crypto currency. Last couple months Litecoin price huge up. Every Litecoin investor gain huge profit. This year crypto is very good condition so this year everyone another big price move of Litecoin when start alt season . I suggest everyone hold tight Litecoin
yes, as we can see that Litecoin has performed particularly well in terms of price. In December 2020 Litecoin experienced a significant price movement and to date Litecoin is still maintaining its value. I have a hunch that Ltc can replace XRP ratings in the market as soon as possible.

The most popular cryptocurrencies in the world have experienced high network fees as a result of high demand on the market. Coins like Bitcoin and Ethereum are reaching a point where they no longer become economically feasible for the average person. Only wealthy people or those sending large amounts of money across borders, will be able to use the aforementioned cryptocurrencies more thoroughly. The rest will be forced to look for alternatives in order to save money off fees. New cryptocurrencies have attractive features that are hard to ignore. Yet, they often face network interruptions due to their low level of security.

This lead me to believe that old altcoins like Litecoin and Dogecoin will gain traction as their level of security is beyond compare (unlike many of its competitors on the market). Litecoin's limited supply of 84 million coins makes it a scarce cryptocurrency just like Bitcoin. It has everything that makes Bitcoin so good, but with faster transaction confirmation times and ridiculously low fees. For a coin that's quite old, I'd say that this is pretty impressive. Unlike Dogecoin, Litecoin has active developers working on it day and night. This will ensure Litecoin remains relevant on the crypto/Blockchain space. Who knows if 2021 becomes the year of Litecoin, as Bitcoin becomes clogged up with many transactions? The upcoming "Mimblewimble" privacy feature should make LTC a much more attractive option than BTC in the eyes of investors. It could trigger a massive boost in price as hype takes place in the crypto/Blockchain space.

Thoughts? Huh
It is thought of as the mirror coin of btc so definitely when btc will moon ltc will follow just like we see correlation between xrp and xlm. But personally I think that prospects of all top alts including eth and trx are very bright and accumulators will see life changing financial gains in 2021.

Litecoin just had their halving as well in 2020, so obviously we know that it is the main driver for a huge price increased so that's what happened to Litecoin. And I believed that this is just the beginning as 2021 might be another bulll run for this beloved crypto. So yeah, old school coins like Dogecoin as well might enjoy a very glorious and fruitful year. So I wouldn't be surprised this two getting into another all time highs.

Yeah, I believe that 2021 will be the year of Litecoin. Litecoin is one of the oldest and trusted coin. I like this coin because its transaction is fast, transaction fee is low. Bitcoin is the gold, Litecoin is the silver. I hope Litecoin will cross its ATH soon.

Could we also say that it's because investors are trying to avoid more loss?
Handing over your trust to something new has high risk and it will be better to stay with the old ones.
Litecoin and Dogecoin are one of those.
Old with roots but with a better chance to gain more than gamble to investing with the unknown.

Another is the expensive price of the 2 top coins like you said. No doubt about that.
I am just glad LTC is gaining its popularity back.

LTC is good for payments, pretty cheap, pretty fast. However, i dont have something innovative. It just btc clone more or less. It in top of cmc only due to its old age

2021: The Year of most Altcoins

....except XRP [which you obviously did not include even if you brought up tx fees] and maybe some of the privacy coins as more and more centralized exchanges delist them.

Traders don't seem to care about bitcoin and ethereum fees since most of their funds are sitting on exchanges. I don't think there are many people using them as currencies anyway so the point of Litecoin or even Doge having less transaction fees is less appealing to investors and retail traders. It's only the small traders that finds the fees painful most often but they don't have the numbers to make a pump. Litecoin, like most altcoins, will continue to ride bitcoin's back as it continues to surge this year.
Ripple have gone after many exchange delisting this coin and waiting with Litecoin success got the third place left by ripple on coin market cap. I know with good position will bring good price for litecoin in this year and back to higher price, now waiting what developer Litecoin did after get third place will bring new feature for Litecoin or not, how about price keep under $130 or Litecoin will cross above $300 and reach price for ethereum, I believe with Litecoin become good investment assets at the future.

There are many interesting things that make it more attractive in the past time, for LTC it has always had an important position in this market. Take a look at the popularity of LTC on exchanges, I believe it is only behind BTC, ETH and much more. 2021 is just getting started and we still have a long way to go to see LTC really thriving.
