As you know there are so many factors in buying and selling assets. Not everyday is a good day to buy or sell. I've have an experience being a daily trader and It is not for everyone, Not everyday you can earn a satisfiable profit or can even lose on your trades. It seems that your point of view is on daily trading which is profitable but I guess OP is asking for long term asset investment and he is determining our market situation if it is advisable to buy asset this year or sell. I think that he is trying to maximize his potential profit by following the current cycle like for example this year we experience massive dump on the market and for many of us consider this time to buy and accumulate assets like bitcoin because of it's low price. The lower the price we buy the asset is the higher our profit is.

Not 2022, not 2023 but the present day, every day is the time to buy and sell. Only strategies and and sometimes luck can be more effective in buying/ selling of any currency. But the end, I suggest only Bitcoin to buy.

To buy and sell currency in the crypto market you have to wait patiently no one can say when a currency will rise market analysis should be done to know the right time to buy and sell currency.

One strategy could be to buy cryptos like ICP and MATIC and then when the crypto market peaks, sell for stocks or real estate. I'm staking and will use my staking rewards to pay my mortgage or buy silver each month.

The crypto market has no guarantee. All profit and loss are based on speculations but as we see in general markets where a shopkeeper invite every person to buy something from his shop can sell much items instead of that shopkeeper who only wait silently for costumers. The crypto market will be benefited when acting like the first shopkeeper who sell his items by spreading and advertising his shop and will be much familiar in the market.

From my point 2022 is year of buying not selling because in this year many coins has drops down to lowest position even big projects like dot, xrp are in very deep position to buy. 2022 has not been a great year in regards of crypto but we all can expect 2023 should be great year, even this year some coin has recovered very handsomely. Make entries and forgot to sell in this year.

Even not really in long term, buying now is still advised because the price hasn't fully recovered yet but they are now heading on that path so people should hurry up before it's too late. When investing I think that quality can matter over quantity so don't just say that we should go for bnb just because we can afford to buy one whole of it and not btc and eth because they are a little bit expensive.

On 2021 I think crypto have also started weak but they only show an increase when the year is about to end so im thinking that maybe the same thing can also happen this year? Traders on the other hand usually don't hodl for too long so that 10% of profit can be a big thing for them already.

I mean at this point if you haven't sold off then safe to assume you got hammered. Is it worth getting what little left is left of your initial layin is up to each person. For bitcoin naw not worth selling. For complete crap coins, probably good to just cut ties before it goes to zero.

They are just repeating the same system and it works well for them, if you know how to anticipate well

you can also do the same, buy when the market is collapsing, then sell when you see strong market movement. There's always good
profits that will be generated when you buy at the dip and sell at the peak.

So far, we still seeing low comparing from the last time high, there's a big opportunity that you can earn if you buy from this level
and wait till the market bounces back stronger.
