And also I'm feel bad for the lakers nowadays And I don't think so if what's going on with them why King James cant carry his team I think it's time to look another player who can assist and help king James to carry their team.
Looking at how Lakers played, there is this anger coming from AD that could make them play a lot better. He usually plays so casually and not really care about winning as much as some other players, and right now he looks like he plays with anger which is something we haven't seen in a long time from him.

If everyone stays healthy, I feel like AD and Lebron can take this team to finals and when you are in the finals I bet that Lebron can beat anyone, there aren't many teams in the world that can beat Lebron, not with AD for sure. I think it has happened frequently because everyone in the league built a team to beat Lebron to begin with, when you adjust teams rosters based on facing you, that makes you the threat to every team.
I feel like Warriors is the one that can do that. I mean if they can all stay healthy they are much better team, look at the roster and tell me they are not going to be beasting against everyone. I do not think that west is packed this year, there is this "everyone is close to each other" vibe but feels like that is because everyone played terribly.

Warriors had a troubling season on the road but if they can overcome that on playoffs they are the best. Lakers failed a lot this year, the last few games after the trade was good I will give you that but they still sucked all season long to be worthy of championship. They may play better and fight harder but they are not good enough to win anything at all, feel like they could just lose very quickly.

The Phoenix Suns at 5.50 odds would be my choice. They're 3rd favorite to win the championship, but they are the only team currently that looks to be playing like a team unit. They're 7-3 in their last 10 games and getting Kevin Durant back makes them a very hard unit to stop. Of course, you got Lebron and the Lakers coming in hot at 8-2 in their last 10 games but can Lebron and Anthony Davis sustain long series? Can they handle playing back to back games?
The Phoenix will have to go through the Clippers in their first round in the playoffs. That is a hard task since they do not have that many games played with Durant. The Clippers have a good lineup of bench players and if PG13 will be able to play, the Suns will have a hard time against them. Though Durant is a good addition to the Suns, I think their chemistry will be tested by the defense of Kawhi and PG. They do not have to worry about Lebron or AD yet, as the Lakers may also have a hard time going through the Grizzlies.
The depth of Clippers bench is to be admired considering how good those role players are and Kawhi is playing efficiently also these days. The chemistry they don't get along with Durant when he plays was an important factor and as you've said it's not that much and that affects everything, could be good because I'm with the Clippers lol. I do think Lakers has the chance if they play better, reduce those turnovers and getting good outside the paint, they're not efficient there.
Clipper without Paul Goerge puts them at a major disadvantage. The Suns are ready to go with everyone healthy. I think the Suns beat the Clippers in 5, possibly a sweep honestly. I'm sure Westbrick will lose his momentum quick and turnover the ball 7-10 times a game. Easy money if betting this.

I voted for the Celtics to win this year. I think they are ripe to win a championship and their loss last year gave them a good experience to use for this year.

My personal pick is the Denver Nuggets but this is from a fan perspective.

We have so many competitive teams nowadays that a good team is not even enough to enter the playoffs. My mind says the Milwaukee Bucks and the Boston Celtics are the two top teams that might win the crown. Although I am not going to ignore the other teams. GSW is always a team that may perform medium-well during a regular season but they are beasts when it comes to the playoffs. Years of experience in the finals and its new players being exposed to their veterans make them very hard to beat during playoffs unless their core players are injured. I am also curious about how well the Suns perform this playoff with KD. I think they are enough to handle a healthy Clippers in the first round. And there's also the healthy Sixers, they are now a force to be reckoned with.

Since March, I already put my bet on the Warriors because I believe that they're the team to beat now in the West. I will cite some things with regards to the Warriors that might change your mind if you already put your bet on another team.

- Curry, Thompson, and Poole are combined for 779 three pointers in the regular season. That's the highest by a trio in an NBA history.
- Thompson is the 3rd player in NBA history to get at least 300 three pointers in a single season. The other 2? Curry, and Harden.
- They are the 7th highest defensive rating post-trade deadline. Take note that Wiggins isn't playing most of that time, and GPII only played 7 games.
- Poole, and DiVincenzo as their back-up scorer, Kuminga who is very athletic, and starting to develop himself already, Moody is a big help as well, GPII as a great defender. These are only their bench players.
- Their starting 5 of Curry, Thompson, Green, Wiggins, and Looney are one of the best starting 5 right now in the league.

That are only the some of the things that they achieved this season. I also forgot to mention that experience that they've got as a whole team. On the first round, they will face the top offensive team right now which is the Kings, but they're inexperienced, and we know how experience affects the playoffs right? On the second round, they will face the Grizzlies most probably, and I can't wait for the Warriors to slap them especially Brooks who are calling themselves a "dynasty".

No hate for other teams out there or the users here who put their bets on another team, but I only shared some things from a Warrior fan. Cheesy
Nice share about the Warriors facts. Love it!
I already took a bet for the Nuggets but I might put my spare money for the Warriors too.
When Wigs comes back it will be a different Warriors on the defensive end. They will have two of the elite perimeter defenders in the league, him and GP2 which will give a problem to a lot of guys. i.e. Fox against the Kings.
You are right, experience is a big thing in the playoffs and even if Mike Brown wins the Coach of the Year, it's a different story when it comes to his players. This is their first in 17 years, I doubt a lot of players in the Kings roster could provide some insights about how they will play the game in crucial moments. (only Harrison Barnes) Mike Brown will waste a lot of timeouts if he will keep on preaching it to them.
Warriors at 5 in the first round. I became a Kings fan but I deeply wished they are not matched with the defending champs. Sadly, it still happened.

The Warriors are the defending champions, and their current odds are +1100, which is decent and likely to attract many bets. Additionally, it has been reported that Wiggins has returned and is expected to play in the playoffs, which could boost the team's chances of repeating their victory.

Voted for them already.

The odds is really tempting but they already sacrificed a lot of their good bench players which is responsible for their strong second half last year just to maintain their first 5 line up. Current GSW has a very weak defense and can be destroyed by the team with balance offense and defense like Nuggets and Boston.

GSW might have a good run but this year will gonna be a lot harder compared last year due to their current roster and every team on West is very strong with their complete line-up.

Whether or not they are considered underdogs remains to be seen. During the last playoffs, they may not have been the favorites, but they still won the NBA Finals. Therefore, I believe they deserve more respect now as the defending champions. However, I do understand why people are considering them as underdogs, and I like that perspective. .

Maybe people only look with the current issue that's why they look GSW as underdog, but they also need to realize the the core of this team is still alive and they are dangerous when they are all healthy. We can also add up the return of Wiggins which can give more fire power to this team so I guess this season they still have a chance to get a championship. Just do hope they will not encounter a major injury because this could affect their championship run this season.

Not just their fire power because the Warriors defense will be boosted in Wiggins return as it's quite hard to forget that he was one of the vital defenders of the team.

And regarding about their current betting odds, I'd pretty much view the bookies list as an advantage that we shouldn't waste especially if we believe that they can still reach up to the Finals while they are still listing the Warriors as the underdogs. I mean, that's quite a favor on our side because we already know how dangerous the Warriors can be in the post season.

Just to be unique, I'm betting on the Bulls. This team is decent, they just struggle in the regular season, but look how they played on the road. I have a feeling they could snatch another road game win.

As for their odds to win the championship, they are currently at 500.00, and I think it's worth a try.

Does anyone else think these odds are tempting?

Yes, that is really tempting enough and an odds like that will pay out abundantly if they could snatch the win this year around. But I honestly don't think that they can able to reach that far.

Don't take it wrong but just like the West now, the Easter Conference is also housing some teams that are tough to beat namely Sixers who have been awesome this season and of course we have the Bucks who got a stable balance on their offense and defense, and then there's the Celtics who are trying to bounce back from their defeat in the last Finals.

I’d like to see how the teams compete in the first round before making my prediction, but I think the Warriors are still the team to beat at the moment. Boston and the Bucks are the dominant force in the East but Golden State, Phoenix, and maybe even the Lakers could all have good postseason runs. If Wiggins comes back though, the Warriors have to be the favorites.

So my question is, what team do you think will win the NBA Championship this year.

Tell us the current betting odds and the reason of your choice, and please don't forget to vote on the poll.

This is tough. Sometimes, unexpected things happened.

Personally for me, now that my favorite team, Dallas Mavericks, was now out of contention and not even able to pass on the play-in, my choice on what team will bring this year's NBA Larry O'Brien championship trophy are; Milwaukee Bucks, Golden State Warriors (Favorites) and Los Angeles Lakers (yes, as Underdog).

Not betting though at the NBA Champion Future as I might focus on "Per Game" and "Series Betting".

I still think that Warriors has the best starting five out of any team. I don't care if you have lebron and ad, I don't care if you have ja morant, I don't care if you have murray and the joker, it is just a simple fact that Warriors won so many rings with this roster provides proof that the trio just simply works. Plus, remember that they also have wiggins and poole, as well, which I think should be amazing for them.

People might sleep on them but I had them as my winner at the start of the season, and I keep betting on them again and again, they are just too good to give up. I feel like they may not be the best team overall, their bench is incredibly weak, but their starting five will get a lot of minutes and win games.

In theory the Warriors do, but I just feel like the Bucks are more well rounded and have a better shot than the Warriors due.  I certainly won't count the warriors out, they are sort of at the tail end of a dynasty ..if you can really even call it that, but of course everyone knows what I mean..but I just think they might be a bit old at this point.

I personally thing the Bucks are going to bring it down.

The Bucks could be a very dominant team, but they have to take care of the Celtics first or maybe the Hawks in case they upset the number 2 team. There are a lot of things happening now, since the Bulls will go up against the Heat. Who knows? This Bulls team could make it to the playoffs and play against the Bucks.

It's too early to predict the champion, as anything can happen, but I agree that the Bucks are a strong team. They are currently the number one favorite to win the championship.

I voted for the Boston Celtics because I think they will probably know how to get back to the NBA finals quickly but I doubt they can pass through that stage because I just remembered that KD is in Phoenix Suns which will go to be the Western Conference champion easily this year if they can play healthy throughout the NBA playoffs. The only problem they have is when they cannot stop the GSW because they are lethal in the NBA playoffs and when they can get past Sacramento Kings quickly, then their next opponent will be in danger.
