Removing Newsbtc.com for advertising HYIP services. http://www.newsbtc.com/2017/03/30/double-bitcoins-100-hours-hackbitcoin/ [HYIP]

Nice site. Very quick and you just put shirt reviews with the main points which is not necessarily a bad thing. Quick easy info I think is a good thing. Also I think you should add a section for interesting bitcoin related things like that comic strip.

Thanks for this, i learned too many, Nice read here..will bookmark your website mate!

Being as youve participated in at least 1 of our promos im shocked not to see us on your site. Hopefully youll add us soon

There's no reason to be shocked lol Grin

The website is very basic at the moment and has just 1-4 websites of a kind. I haven't updated it for a good while and probably won't be till December or so.

It also has very very low traffic, so it doesn't matter if anything is listed on it or not, tbh.

Edit: 6.667% house edge is well over the standard. I can't list it. Anyway you can't say I made something from the promo, IIRC I made a loss.

I hope this split does not happen. But in case it does, we have to make sure we don't lose anything.

61% Bitcoin Core; 28% support Segwit
38% BU

For reliable node data: http://nodecounter.com/#all_nodes

Im looking at the pie char from the website and I'm seeing 81% support for core and only 10% for Bitcoin Unlimited. This is based from nodecounter.com. Oh btw, why is this thread discussing more about bitcoin news and not really about gambling? Why not move this to bitcoin discussion board?

It is decided by the miners, not nodes. Both coin.dance and nodecounter shows around 61% support for Core atm.

From NodeCounter
Quote
LAST 1000 BLOCKS
(Bitcoin Unlimited, Classic & SegWit)

Bitcoin Unlimited blocks: 387  ( 38.7% )
Bitcoin Classic blocks: 8  ( 0.8% )
SegWit blocks: 280  ( 28% )

In the last 24 hours (144 blocks), Unlimited + Classic hashrate is ~1288 PH/s (36.8%) of the total Bitcoin network (3500 PH/s).
In the last 7 days   (1000 blocks), Unlimited + Classic hashrate is ~1382 PH/s (39.5%) of the total Bitcoin network (3500 PH/s).

This affects gambling and investing. In the event of a split, would you want to trust some websites with your coins?
IMO it is safer to divest, withdraw and keep your coins in a wallet you control.

I think C-Cex is affected too. It is recommended to change the security credentials anyway

Edit. http://c-cex.com.ipaddress.com/ Yep.
This is why I constantly received emails saying Successful IP login hmm . Although I changed mine 3- 4 times , its because of the cookie leak . I would suggest to add 2FA in all the sites . Sucks when this happens at big sites.

Going to add Yobit to the blacklist section.  Grin They are shady trying to make money off everything.
Yes they keep listing every scam/ponzi coin and try to pump & dump so they can make profit. Their deposit/withdraw is working almost instant till now and i am using them without any problem. However as they are not registered and nobody knows who is behind yobit, it is risky to trade there.

What poloniex done during PASC listing also make me doubt they are also trying to make money almost 100x by giving wrong deposit address to all users. It took them more than 2 hour to correct it, but they are still number one altcoin trading platform.  Grin

Yep, and their dice and the rest aren't provably fair the last time I checked and stuff like https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.15046202 are not professional at all.

I would suggest checking out Wordpress and choosing one of the free templates that will be miles better than the current one you are using. And with Wordpress you could choose between a blogger-style or a full-fledged website as some of the paid templates allow this. And it's very easy to modify and update on a daily basis.

I had updated the theme yesterday. It should look a little better now. Smiley

I'm going to shift priority to content.

Theme looks clear but does this theme is optimized for mobile too?
Rather than listing all sites in one long page why just don't add only titles on homepage and whenever someone click on each category page will expand either in pop up or just under the title without need of reloading whole page.

There are few bootstraps templates which have this feature but i think you have to buy it.

I don't know how to make the website look good both in mobile and desktop. Going to focus on content for a while and then back to design.

Is the website theme okay?

This is a nice suggestion, pretty agree with this.

Anyway @ OP, I think the site will be useful. I know you have lots of plan to be done with the site. Images, yes that would be good if added. The font, I think you just bold the most important word/phrase or the name of the site, then the rest will be just regular. Don't forget to put the link on the logo too. Oh by the way, I'm on mobile and saw that you're also working on it Smiley

I like the suggestion too. I find it hard to implement, can't find this feature with the current service provider.

I can't do much on the mobile version, sure I'll give it a try. I should reduce the font size.  Shocked

You have added gambling sites , trading sites and others so I think you can add exchanges too . Not poloniex or yobit , exchanges to convert our BTC to local currency . BTW great work ndnh Smiley Design can be better but no issues with the content .

The more consolidated info pages and directories with gambling links, reviews and opinions the better.
I am not sure if focusing on referrals is that great idea to follow. I would rather see standard ads and referral free service.

Yay for pictures!

I am thinking a consolidated home page and more detailed (with images) other pages. Cheesy

I'll consider your advice.

I decided based on these:
Referral links (though annoying) don't cost to players. Some services even give discounts and rebates when using the referral links.
Ads cost in terms of data usage and load time. Becomes a pain sometimes. Ads take space and makes content appear less attractive than the ad.
I do not endorse ads. They can conflict with content. I don't want HYIP ads on this like coinmarketcap.com does.
I don't add services just because they offer a good referral commission. Checking if the service has a referral program is kind of the last step. For example Poloniex is listed even though it doesn't have a referral program, some others do. IMO the evil in referral links is the bias.

Well, I hope. Grin
I don't have any expertise with hosting websites, so I am just sticking to a stupid template for now.

Nice and yes Pictures do make it more interesting mate!!!

Point taken.  Cool

NDNH is a professional sports punter, he usually wins the leaderboard prize in soortsbet,io. Who will bet on directbet with the lowest odds? LOL, obviously he likes the high odds sportsbooks.

LOL thank you but I must say that is an exaggeration. I don't really follow all those matches.  Grin

Can't see directbet.eu under sports section, they are very good betting platform you can add them.

Also a separate section for altcoin exchange could be nice idea rather than listing poloniex under other stuffs.

Cryptopay.me is also good bitcoin debit card provider, you can add them and they also have nice referral commission.   Wink

Sure, I'll add them on the next update. I hadn't because as daylox points out, they don't offer great odds.
Nitrogensports is in for great odds and solid reputation.
Sportsbet is in because of good promos, interface and customer service (generally speaking)

Good idea but it is going to take some time. I make it a point to use it myself before listing it. At the moment, the only altcoin exchange I trust myself is poloniex.

I'll give cryptopay a try. Cheesy

Introducing http://21peas.com/  Grin

The idea is to link all the content relevant to this board in a website, as brief as possible.

Do you think you need this?

I only just started to add content. There is a lot more to go!
There will be absolutely no ads. There will be referral links, but the absence or presence of a referral program will in no way affect the decision to add or remove a particular website. Though using a referral link does not affect you, you can always just manually go to the website.

Do you like images? They make pages lengthy but also interesting.

There will be a separate section to warn players of scam or high risk websites. For example, 999dice, Yobit dice, gooddice.

Cheers!!
