Is the site still working or is it no longer active? Trying to access https://bitdouble.io/ seems to redirect to a non-existing site like ww1.bitdouble.io or https://ww3.bitdouble.io/ every time I try to open it. When was the last time someone accessed it and played their game successfully?
Accessing the site bitdouble.io redirects to http://ww4.bitdouble.io/ when I try to open the site link which it is obviously that this site isn't working or non operational anymore.Also the last reply or response or post was still last year which is a solid indication that this site isn't available anymore and as I have checked out then the games offered aren't really that interesting which it isn't surprising that they didn't able to get sufficient users or players that's why they closed doors.The game they have are roulette, coin flip and happy bubble, that looks like a crash game based on its description. All three games are fun and famous so I don't think it wasn't the reason of their closure but there might be other like financial problem.

Since the last post before Pmalek's question was last year,
we don't know if this site has been down for quite a while already.
Because honestly, I just remember this site because of this question, so it got refreshed.
Upon checking their site, they just updated their domain this month

So maybe, they are doing some improvements or developments on the site as we speak.

It does not matter how serious is your ticket but waiting for that long is not acceptable unless there is something wrong with their support system that (maybe) make them miss your ticket.

I wont do that if I'm new player in any sites as it can be considered as begging while many casinos prohibit begging on chat.
He can do it as long as it is OK to be done in bitdouble, but still I would suggest anyone not to do it (asking for free bonus on chat) while there is faucet or unless there is an official offer from the admin to do so for free bonus.

AFAIK the free 1mbtc promo was over since long time ago as it was their first promotion (launch promo) IIRC.

Have you tried to click that green gift box beside your balance? This is the button you should need to click to get some faucet amounts for you to play.
Other method is to ask out for some bonus in chat where you can speak off with some Chat mods and they will give you some tips or bonus for you to play.
Each chatroom does have their own specific chat mod so you can see them there.

Waiting up for a long time for you to get some response from the support is really not a good thing for the site. 1 or 2 days delay is acceptable but talking for a freaking 20 days?
