We do not accept payments from Paypal. Paypal sometimes can take additional fee (approximately 2 USD), but it depends on country and account type.

Why don't you use 1% fee on all withdrawals instead of 2/4.5% fee? It's a bit on the high side and you have lots of competitors, some of them with lesser fees.
