Rewards will only be awarded for Qualifying Referrals. A “Qualifying Referral” means that all of the following cumulative conditions are met:
The Referred Customer was not previously registered with Payoneer under any email address or alias;
The Referred Customer is 18 years or older and approved for registration by Payoneer to receive Payoneer Payment Services, subject to Payoneer’s Know Your Customer (“KYC”) process and Payoneer’s approval policies in place at the time of the Referred Customer’s application to register;
The Referred Customer completed the registration process with Payoneer using the Referrer’s Referral Link. If a Referred Customer registers with Payoneer using any other link or method, the registration will not count as a Qualifying Referral and neither the Referrer nor the Referred Customer will earn Reward with respect thereof;
The Referred Customer receives a minimum of $100 in payments through Payoneer, during the first year commencing as of registration with Payoneer. The $100 minimum payment shall not include payments received from any other registered Payoneer User(s).
