I'll toss in a bid of 1.6BTC

Congrats to the winner!

Well Dang I threw that out there for fun.

Oh well a good deal anyways. Might resend to ANACs for a higher grade Tongue

I will send funds when I get home, as well as message all important details.

LEL, the joke bid wins it. What was someone saying about these being worth 3BTC?  Roll Eyes

I wouldnt say it was worth 3btc, but consder this: A graded 1btc silver coin routinely sells for 3btc. It is of similar rarity as the 0,1n and carries about 2btc premium. With that in mind, I would say about 2btc is a reasonable ask for a graded 0.1, with 1.6btc being an extremely fair price.

Pretty expensive considering that shipping will be up to the buyer. And for example I am from Europe it will cost me a lot Smiley
Not really...  Current bid is enough below current market rate based on recent sales that even adding shipping you're still at a discount.

Loose lips sink sigs!
Is there still only one bid? What are you all waiting for?

P.S. professional, respectful suspicion is ok...it's the "looking out for each other" part of the community.

Elianite is legit - not saying you shouldn't use escrow, but that is up to you. I still have people who want to escrow when dealing with me...never a bad thing!

Agreed. escrow is always welcome

I know for a fact GoldBits was legit - yes it was strange how that all went down, but Elianite is being honest about that deal.
If Blazedout can vouch for him then he must be legit Smiley

I was just slightly concerned because after searching your username, I stumbled across this thread - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=964881.0;all and this thread - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=964758.0;all

It seems a little suspicious to me is all that I am saying.

ah, goldbits... that was interesting..
tbh, I nearly quit this forum after that due the insane suspicion and all. At this point, I have no doubt that he was indeed some sort of scammer, but he was not me, and the trade I did with him was legitimate.
I hope you can understand my concern because when someone takes payment for physical coins that never get sent, it will have a dramatic impact on the overall physical coin market. When those types of scams take place, people don't start to use additional precautions to protect their money, they will simply not buy the coins in the first place and being that I sometimes sell physical coins myself, such a scam would affect me even if I don't have any money personally stolen from me.

To be clear, I am not saying that you are a scammer, I am just saying that people should be careful when trading around here, more careful then what many people are

Ive gotten a 5 btc blank from elonite and he sent promptly.  Not a big purchase but communication and coin went smooth.

Did the winner of your other auction ever get their coin Huh

Yep. Not sent out yet, but he has paid in full
So you collected payment for the coin but haven't sent it out, and are selling yet another coin that you will no doubt collect payment for before sending out the first coin?

As stated, I accept full escrow. I get that as a community we look out for each other, but is this level of suspicion really necessary or healthy
