I have seen him bad mouthing NEM in many threats, using lies to damage us.
He is not interested in participating and helping community, but he is too greedy to not reserve stake in NEM.
He hates it (you can feel that negative emotional connotation in his posts), but obviously he has no ethical principles that would stop him from wanting piece of something he is fighting against.

A person creating a war, but making sure that even if he lose he profit.
Do not be naive, he is not being honest about his "concerns about NEM", it is absolutly obvious he is concerned only about his NXT stake value.

Have you seen him giving NEM team advices, suggestions? helping? participating? If he was concerned he could just discuss matters with NEM team and community, but that is not what he was doing. He was rather going around other threats spreading FUD.

It is not his opinion, it is his agenda.

This is absolutely disgusting.

NEM is turning out to be joke.

So if majority of "voters" decide they can steal your coins in future, that will part of NEM code?

You guys are losing your credibility already, even before the launch

What utter tripe. Sorry, but this really is ridiculous.

You know when someone can't provide a fair opposing argument when they start using such gross exaggerations.

Claiming a stake in many respects is an implied agreement you wish to contribute to the success of that coin. This is something i'm not seeing from Kool at all. Yes, by all means, express your concerns, but at least offer to the table a means of solution - this is not the case with Kool. I see plenty of posts running NEM down and seldom if any real suggestions to offer solutions.

I think regardless of the vote here, Kool should be asked if he wishes to have his stake reinstated. Of which i expect him to not answer just to give him further justification for his smear campaign - all of this has already happend.

That's not the point. If the "majority" in NEM, Nxt and other descendents can conceive removing someone else's stake by force because they don't like how a member posts in a forum (or for other arbitrary reason), they actually can and will confiscate by either majority decision, patching the code or other method. Is this true or not?

I voted with much careful thoughts about this poor chap.

i do feel sorry for such a person, but professional therapy would help him.

Considering his conduct, I'm pretty certain his intent is not to be an active participant in NEM, instead the only activity he continually produces is means of smearing NEM.

As much as i agree with people that a person shouldn't be removed for their beliefs, if he had any faith in NEM, he would be proposing idea's to resolve his concerns, or at least cooperating with people to do such.

Instead, he makes posts like this:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.5240892

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.5246728

I acknowledge in many scenario's he has valid concerns, but the way in which he goes about it is just wrong from my perspective. He's not being cooperative at all, just confrontational at every turn. He knew what he was getting into when he claimed his stake (For free, i might add) yet still seems content to behave in the way in which he does. The process has been made very transparent by UP and i genuinely don't see what Kool is trying to accomplish.

From what I understand, the offer to reinstate his stake is there, and instead of giving a clear answer of "Yes or no" he is now instead kicking up a storm about being removed in the first place. I don't like his conduct whatsoever and I can only imagine (Being a stakeholder in NXT) he deems NEM a threat and wishes to see it's demise.

I too own stake in NXT, and i believe any success for one is success for the other.

I voted NO, NEM is a free movement and there should be no discrimination against any individual. I am happy that 2kool4skewl is a stakeholder, it's good to see a Nxt reputable member participating in NEM

Direct quote from 2kool4skewl (link: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.5240892):
Quote
No, there is no conspiracy.  Nem's whole concept is ridiculous.  Even its slogan was copied from Nxt.  It claims it is a "new economic movement", but they got that concept from my quote about Nxt being "not just another cryptocurrency, but a movement".  Nxt is the true "new economic movement".

It claims it is a "no envy movement", but the only reason it exists is for people to try to replicate Nxt's monetary success.

Nem's distribution is highly concentrated.  Currently, Nxt is even more distributed than Bitcoin.

Everyone who is "investing in Nem" is wasting their money imo, but people can make their own decision.

That's it for me with 2kool4skewl. You know before I wrote that he would be a valuable member to this community, but it's time to face facts: 2kool4skewl is denouncing NEM in many threads. After this he can not just simply say that he was only questioning NEM. He is trying to make it look bad!

I want him removed as a stakeholder. There can not possibly be any value in having a stakeholder among us who is going around and telling people that NEM is a waste of money and that it is created only by envious people trying to feed their greed.

Now I am suggesting a democratic vote on behalf of the community to remove 2kool4skewl from the stakeholder list. This will end any possible accusations made against Utopian future for removing 2kool4skewl about him being a dictator. The community has the right to remove members that it does not want to have!
