From my calculations, the house edge isn't even close to 0.9 %. Since nobody else seems to be bothered about this, I'll just assume that I'm misunderstanding how the game works.
This is how I interpret what is stated on your website:

a −0.001 + 0.01 × 1÷216 + 0.005 × 5÷216 + 0.002 ×15÷216 + 0.001 × 75÷216 = −0.000351852
b 0.000351852 ÷ 0.001 = 0.351852 = 35.1852 %
This is how I interpret what is stated on your website:
- Each game costs you 0.001 BTC. (pay 0.001 BTC with probability 1)
- If the dice show three times the number 6, you win 0.01 BTC. (earn 0.01 BTC with probability 1÷216)
- If the dice show three times the same number (any number but 6), you win 0.005 BTC. (earn 0.005 BTC with probability 5÷216)
- If the dice show exactly two times the number 6, you win 0.002 BTC. (earn 0.002 BTC with probability 15÷216)
- If the dice show exactly two times the same number (any number but 6), you win 0.001 BTC. (earn 0.001 BTC with probability 75÷216)
- Therefore, the expected earnings of every game are −0.000351852 BTC a, which translates to a house edge of approximately 35.2 %b.
