However I do recognize that double funding or no funding counts as an error. Nevertheless, the increase of premium for such an error, is hard to set a price on, I think the best way to find out is to make an auction.

All it takes is a buyer to not contact the maker that he received his coin, and it likely won't get funded. I'm sure there are coins out there like that because the buyer assumed they come pre-funded. Many makers wait for you to contact them of receipt of the coin.
I wouldn't call this an error.
Maybe "error" is not the correct world, perhaps anomaly is a better word.

A double funded casascius would be a worthy error, but that's only because Casascius have such prestige around them and are one of the best known physical bitcoins.
