and who wins a family and friend transaction dispute on paypal? Have you even won a dispute for a payment sent as family and friends (via balance) ?

Don't be ridiculous and admit your mistakes.

How do you know if someone has sent via balance or via their bank? you could chargeback via bank.  Also you could probably chargeback any loaded funds on an account aswell via a bank.  Just saying, not making any other judgements here.
If someone should send via bank or credit card, i won't accept it. Because, they can always chargeback and win the dispute.
I only accept payment from balance and i must confirm it from balance sending my coins

Paid 300€ with Paypal, after more than a few hours he still didn‘t release BTC.
I guess he is using stealth paypal accounts.
At the moment lost 300€y.
I recommend to stay away, I found someone who exchanges paypal to BTC now with 25%.
Stay away from Paul
This man sent me funds and chargedback. He expects me to send him bitcoin knowing fiully well he will chargeback. I wanted him to confirm payment before he can get my coins but he refused and chargedback.
I guess i won't take goods and services payment anymore. it way too risky.

https://bit.ly/387FXHi lightning theory
Yeah what you said isn't possible so you've turned from scamming to trolling.

It can be reversed from PayPal balance too (FYI) if you claim it was hacked.

If PayPal balance was credited less than 120 days ago from a bank account then it can also be charged back. I believe some policies can even go up to 540 days.

There is no protection against chargebacks. I dont want public explain how to win any chargeback at Paypal.
F&F is NOT a protection against chargebacks!

Without taking any side, but:
There are plenty of accusations against Paul in this thread.
Why is there only one neg. trust feedback?

Don't you get it ?

Oh yeah, I get it.  You're a scammer using throw-away PayPal accounts to buy up bitcoin, file disputes, win some, lose some, move on to using the next throw-away account, and then sell the previous account which has already been used to shit on the bitcoin community.

Go the fuck away!

paul9000 Is a liar, I bought his paypal account to lie to me 100$

Thank you so much bitcoin revo! I'll look into it.
If you're new here, you're probably wondering why the hell everyone's so keen to be aggressive towards your sales. However, please do understand that we as a community have been hit hard with scammers over the years, and they often use centralized payment methods such as PayPal to achieve their goal of scamming bitcoiners out of hard-earned money.

With that being said, I'm sure you will find much more success if you transfer the money to your bank account and offer wire transfers in exchange for bitcoin, although I'm sure you have a reason (whether it be convenience or anonymity, which is to be respected) for choosing to deal with PayPal. If you choose to stick with PayPal, though, understand why we're acting like this.

Best of luck with your sales.
