Hello everybody,
I plan to intensify my btc and altcoin trading in future. I would like to hear some opinions and feedback (yes, i know it's tricky here, as some people have the tendency to push their own sh!tcoins, but hey, in my country there is a saying: "only who talks can receive advice!") on my plans.

So to begin with:
I would like to buy 30-40BTC. "Unfortunately" as we are currently topping 1200$+, I will wait. Maybe it breaks resistance, but after enough study, I dare to say it will fall again. Some say 800, some say 850, I guess I would like to buy in at around 900 or 950. And ultimately going to 2000+ until the on of the year too.

Once I have the BTC, I am thinking about splitting mt portfolio into 3 main pillars:
- I. 10BTC Longterm
- II. 10BTC Longterm
- III. 10BTC Shortterm

I. Pillar I would like to go into ETH and keep until end of this year. Maybe some occasional shorting, but I would like to stay long on that pillar. Potentially the timing will be bad, as the dip in BTC will potentially not come until mid of this month when the "big ETH news" is about to spread. Anyways, I could imagine that it'll be a re-heat of the Brock Pierce fond. If my plan works, I would like to buy in at around 0.037 but as I said I guess that won't be possible. So I might be forced to buy in on much higher price. Even if I buy in at 0.05 or 0.06 I believe there will still be enough room during 2017 to sell at 0.1 to 0.15.

II. Pillar I would like to go into LTC. I guess from the "big 3" (if I dare to call LTC that), it has the most growth potential among the "solid" altcoins. Not too sure again when I will be able to buy in, but if I can get them at around 0.01, I assume LTC can hit 0.1 during 2017.

III. Pillar I would like to spread on 3 to 8 coins. Traditional speculation I guess. I am a lurker on this forum a while and on twitter even longer, so I know it will be quite naive to ask for some good suggestions on the spot, considering I don't know when I will own the BTC and the pace of the altcoin market. Anyways, I would still like to ask what some of you think would be a good short/midterm coin for the rest of the year. While usually the most unexpected coins get a push (well, that's their game isn't it) I reckon there are some solid coins to look out for in the near future. Any recommendations about some promising growth coins which have solid tech and anonymity features, which I estimate to be key for sustainable growth in 2017?

Hope to hear some feedback from you guys and to be able to have some discussions here as well (which according to other threads sometimes proves to be difficult!). ; )

Take care & play safe,
