ok, so I got another psu with the correct number of 6pin connectors and the two green and the red status light comes on, when I plug in the ether cord it flashes green and the yellow light comes on and stays on.  hope that all good, now I put in the recomended address of 192.168.1.254:8000 get a time out response, I look at my ipconfig I get
subnet mask........ 255.255.255.0
defalut gateway.....192.168.2.1

err I'm confused as to what the address should look like?
I tried 192.168.2.254:8000 with no avail either

I think your right about 800 watts would be perfect Expecially since at over clock they run 280 watts allmost 300 so be on the safe side Smiley

So you have to use 1 power supply per cube ?? Im thinking about getting 2 cubes just to run till febuary Pre-orders arrive Smiley . If i get a 600 watt power supply will it run 2 of them u think Huh? Thx

a 600w *should run 2  if you use the low clock setting....    you dont want to run the psu at max watts constantly....

id suggest a 750w or 800w  to run 2 in overclock mode....

This one is dedicated to the BE Cube: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/guide-dogies-comprehensive-asicminer-cube-setup-hd-352658

That should get you going.  The plug with the jumper tells your power supply to turn on - much better than the old paper clip trick.  There are a number of power supplies you can use.  I'm using the XFX Pro 550W which is more than sufficient for a single cube.  I'm using BFGMiner for the stratum proxy because I also have BE USB devices and so already have BFGMiner running.
