it is a scam? I guess so, since I saw many people complained with that.
WARNING!!! 33bitcoin is a thief.
I placed an order (about $4,800) on Dec 13, 2017 with a promised 2 week delivery. I was told I would receive the tracking number by Dec 19. On Dec 21, no tracking information and no email from this site. After I sent many emails, on Dec 28 they finally replied, "I need time I will ship your item on 10th JAN. understand I have been caught in a problem". It is now Feb 2, and I have not received any messages, nor have I received the items. They are not responding to my emails for status update or refund requests.

Then, they suggested me to choose bitcoin payment method to complete the purchase. When I completed the payment, they have never given me any tracking information after that, no matter from Whatsapp and e-mail. They just told me to be patient (I was also told the latest day to receive item was July 10th, otherwise they will give me a refund). .

First try to open a new thread with your cases.
And based on their data you can figure it out that they're from indian.example : +9 try to search it.
Also,they're using @yahoo.com,from their email we can see it was a fraud.if they're a serious company why would they use @yahoo.com as their email instead buying a business mail ?

Also a side note, why would you buy from a site which says "NOTE : If You Don’t Get Redirected After Entering Card On Checkout, Please Pay Via An Alternative." Isn't that a sign that something weird is going on, and if the site was legitimate at all, it wouldn't have the issue with accepting credit cards as a payment option. Also, from just looking at the shop there are only 7 items, and some of the items are used, which makes it more of a dodgier ebay for mining only. The price of the items are also super cheap, for example, the Antiminer S9 is usually 3K while the site sells it for barely 1.6K, which seems too good to be true

From the first look of the website, it is quite obvious it is a scam. Usually for most sites, the tab where the site is located has a logo, for example bitcoin talk has a logo of a gold coin with B on it. The site, 33bitcoin.com doesn't have this, which is a first sign that something is wrong. Now digging further it has even become more dodgier. After a quick google search for the words "33bitcoin.com" the site itself did not come up as the first hit, but instead a bitcoin talk article about the site (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/closed-1955660). Now if this isn't enough, just take a look at the site itself, at the bottom of the page, it says powered by Wordpress which means the site was probably made for free, using a template site, not even by code. The design of the site is also crappy and the navigation bar screams dodgy.
Please don't let anyone else be fooled by this site.

You have to make a formal scam accusation using this format : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-report-format-use-it-to-make-scam-reports-properly-260073 . Describe in detail what happened, show payment proof, and any additional information that could help your case. With more info and a proper accusation thread, someone might be able to help you. I doubt there is any hope you will recover the stolen funds but there is always a 1% chance.

I have ordered one Ant miner L3+ machine, I have now figured out it is a total fraud company. Since they also had your credit card information, I have also noticed that my card has one fraud transaction.

Neither you or the Op has used a proper scam format to list out the details like the amount scammed and transaction Id's.
Please mention them.
We still have a chance they would refund you as I just have to walk to nearest police station and give their number.I could use your reference and maybe you'd need to write a formal mail with the details.
