Well, i don't think it will happen. But the price of bitcoin can back to normal like before the halving price. The halving hype is done and the price of bitcoin is decreasing slowly right now.

To be completely honest there have been so many shills and shit on this  forum that I am no longer able to determine whether or not topics like this are satire or being actually legit with whatever they're saying. So much of this topic screams satire, but I can't say that for sure.

As for the OP; hitting $350 in August seems doubtful. Considering the halving happened, the value HAS TO BE AT $600 MINIMUM so that the miners can pay their own expenses. $300 would force most miners out of business.

Bubbles don't happen when the supply of a material gets permanently halved. They find a new bottom line.

i dont get all these prediction's,one say it will be 20k usd in 2020,
someone else claims that we will have 350$ in august.
The price is not going to go down that much,we may see drop but not that big.

Why? State the reason to support your prediction, otherwise there's nothing to evaluate. Everyone buying in 2012 and 2013 all thought the price wouldn't drop either, even though it did. A few years ago he price dropped from 1200 and didn't stop until it was in the low 200s. A drop to 350 from this level would not be a major drop compared to that.
Yeah but it was sometime ago, where bitcoin wasn't popular back then
I cannot imagine it going it down to 350$ if so many big whales are in it .

Maybe the price will decrease, but I think it seems unrealistic that the price will drop SO much. I really hope that, if it drops, it will not go under the 500$ line...

That would be nice!  Buy time.  I am not sure  it will drop that far but Bitcoin is capable of anything.  It would take something pretty significant to cause that kind of a drop.
It may be before the halving had occurred, now seems more difficult it reaches that so low value.

Did you just watched the movie The Big Short? Then came up with the plan that this could be like a housing bubble? That movie is a true story yes so are you betting on the fall of bitcoin. If you are then that is a good idea for you. But for me, I would rather profit in what is happeninh now rather than predicting the future with no real proof of it. That housing bubble have been studied by experts before seeing that. Have you?

Whaou, that's not only pessimistic, that's nearly unrealistic ^^

350$ is nearly the half of what's right now!
It's... really low. Why would we see such a drop?
Yes, even before halving the price was much more than 350$! Maybe now price is capable to grow more since now many of people are sellers which lead to prevent price jump.

All this predictions and number sbout the price on halving and after it. But who can acctualy say what will happen? How did you get to this number, 350$ in August?
i think that his point was that the price is going to drop a lot in the future, i think the price of the bitcoin is going to grow a lot in the future and we will reach a new all time high

After the "bump" there's usually a "dump"!
Meaning that the pric probaly could decline slightly, maybe if the value of something else goes up (like the value of the USD or GBP)!
It is highly unlikely that this will happen to that effect!

Anything is possible, maybe chances for this to happen are little, but I saw too many surprises and I know that even highest odds win sometimes.
But I doubt in this outcome, and I wouldn't bet on this scenario to happen. I think its time for bitcoin to be stable for some time, and maybe we will not see rise maybe price will stay here where it is.
Which is good think, stability and security will attract more companies and people in my opinion.

Really? Come on. At least try to show some statistics to back up your claims; i really like those numbers and seeing the trend of how things could go. But even though it would drop; there is no way it would go so low to that much within a much; for that to happen would be then end of the mining career for many bitcoiners

But why do you think so? What reasons for that drop? IMO Bitcoin will stabilze around $650 for a while and then it will go slowly up like it always do (excluding the big bulb, $1300, of course, from where it was dropping during all the year 2014).

I expect also some drop in BTC price but not that much. I believe mining electricity cost per BTC is about 350-450 dollars. Also, since the daily BTC production halved , the miners' sell pressure is also decreased.

So its possible but I dont think it will get down to 350, maybe 400-450 dollars.
