All alts are heavily pumped these days it might popped out within in a day. If that happens then all your investment would be in a potential loss. Though you won't lose anything until you sell but you your emotions will win over you.
Anyway try to find good upcoming ICOs which have great potential like nucleus vision, gems, bee token, apex etc

Nothing will beats bitcoin when it comes to biggest ROI the history shows that in just few months the value of bitcoin increase by above 200% and if you want to add some in your list you can go for other alts like ethereum and ripple though they may not assure a 100% ROI still they are one of those expected alts to hit the market in future time

3k in fiat can have a good look in altcoins to invest. For me the biggest roi can give are neo, eth, appc. Still, the best is better to do some verifying in which coins you can invest that will give big profit. Look some coins in coinmarketcap it will helps you to decide.

There are a few coins in mind that are making quite some noise today...TRON, ADA, RIPPLE, RDD is doing great, DOGE is catching up, and LTC would still be a good investment. Also, LSK is doin quite fine today! Get some of those! But it would be best for you to check the market performance of other cryptos for your own assessment.

look for promising coins that are not even in top 100. Look at SKY coin for instance, which has amazing tech and is very undervalued.

There are tons of blockchain projects with lots of potentials in the future. If you buy Electroneum today which is pretty much cheaper than some coins, its going to multiply in the next 2 years, but that is if you can wait that long. You'd rather move from coin to coin whichever is being pumped if you can't wait, this depend to personalities though.

I think you should take a look at Quantstamp but honestly speaking there is no hard and fast rule or formula to find that which coin has the biggest ROI. Do your own research and take risks. Only that's the way to find out.

Joining ICOs would be a good start just get some time to re-search some new ICOs and wait for few months you will be suprise to what it can you.

That is very hard to said and even when they name the coin, very hard to convince other just simply to believe in it.

It's hard to predict so far out but definitely you should hold coins like bitcoin and ethereum, other than that pick a few that you're more interested in and you can foresee going better. I also just realised you said 100x ROI, doesn't really make sense, I'm assuming you mean 100% ROI. If you want 100x I can't help you because it's like picking a needle from a haystack.

I think you should diversify in quality tokens that are still below 1 usd, i suggest you to look at storm, snov, atl, la, amb and cobs, after 2 years you will be very happy with the growth in these projects.
