Great work on this Slush!
I just requested a password change, and instantly received the email (in the spam folder).
I noticed that my reward dropped with about 0.02. At first I thought that I lost my BTC, since I didn't received an email about a payout.
Then I looked at my wallet, and found "26-4-2013 04:05: +0.02370365 BTC". Great work!
Thank you for working non-stop on this for the last couple of days, making this the best pool there is.
Now, is there an address we can use to donate to you, Slush?

The server is probably under load from everyone trying to reset and get access, give it some time. Email may be almost instant, but only when the server has a chance to send it lol
I managed to reset mine yesterday without issue. (using hotmail... oh no!)

Aqualung my friend, don't you start away uneasy (sorry had to quote that song). Some spam filters are very paranoid, especially when a well known SMTP server has moved to a new IP. Hotmail is the worst example. I use a GMail address only for Slush, and I got the e-mail instantly.
I use Gmail too. I checked "spam" - no letter from pool. I've pressed the button twice, but nothig happened, just reload the page.

Just stopping by to say thanks for all your hard work over the last few days Slush, you did a tremendous job *Applause*
Once you've had some rest, it might be an idea to tell people of the changes you've made around security (e.g. I notice there is a now a short session timeout). This will serve to re-assure people (if they need more), and help discourage would-be hackers by showing them that you mean business and the pool isn't an easy target.
If you need any help with this or if you have any questions, fire me a pm. I'm an experienced software dev (I can send on my linkedin profile if you want).

i got the pass reset email but the link didn't reset my pass. I used the old one to enter!

How long does it take to get the password reset email? Also is there a way to change your email address, I don't see any option for that?

Dunno..after an hour trying to research this online I am no closer. Will sleep on it myself. Would be happy with a lock wallet address.
If you have pending wallet change, payouts of the account are locked (to prevent sending coins to old wallet). So you have enough time to elaborate with it.
I'm not aware of any "special security feature" of the email, it is standard plaintext mail.

I have a question..would it be hard to implement a lock on our wallets? I am having issues with the password reset email. I receive the email..but when I go to open it in Outlook I get this error message "Outlook wasn't able to complete this request. Microsoft may contact you about any issues you report." It appears to be some kind of security feature or something because the email is asking for a reset? I get the same message now with the payout notifications...and unable to open the mail. Is there a way to reset my email? or can we lock out wallet addresses? Either option would be fine with me. Apparently just changing computers will not fix this issue.

Pool just sent out all bitcoin payments; there were pending hundreds of payouts with total amount around 1100 BTC. As I announced few hours ago, I'll process payouts manually for some time, to be sure everything works as expected. I'm very sorry but I'm unable to process namecoin payouts right now. I didn't sleep for almost two days and I need to be more fresh while handling with money. Handling with large amount of bitcoins/namecoins is always a bit dangerous (one bad click and you had coins...) so I need to take some rest. I'll setup automatic bitcoin payouts and namecoin payouts tomorrow. Thank you for understanding.
