I dont mind the harsher system, well, more restrictive, although it is like being segregated from 1st class to 3rd class - It dosent take long to get out of newbie jail anyway...

Good rule but a pain in the ass imo. One of those things you dont appreciate until you have met the quota.

Pretty smart idea really. Most spammers won't take time to post, read rules, wait etc. Now the hardcore ones who are targeting wares related to BT will wait it out. Me on the other hand, trying to think of newb related things to post so I can get to the non newb posts to contribute
