*Vary from btc into alt coins

diversification will be a good idea with one's investment but it won't be less stressful. This will only be a good idea if you will be having the right choices but if you will just choose coins which are just popular in this market, profit won't be always earned since there is an inconsistency regarding the price movement of cryptos having no correlations at all. Efficiency of this strategy depends on the variation of your investment. But it will be hard to avoid losses in any investment so maybe, it would make it less stressful, somehow, if you will also set a stop loss.

If you don't wanna make your bitcoin journey stressful, I'd say the best thing to do is to hodl and buy, instead of following some strategic religious program that will earn you a lot of money. See, bitcoin is, already as secure as it can be, meaning there is no way it's just gonna go bankrupt in the snap of a finger, so you have the opportunities of hodling it for long, not to mention the fact that you're just letting your money sit in your wallet until a better price comes by, which is not really stressful for me compared to following a guide or something.

Don't always check the price if it's too stressful. That's another reason why an investor gets emotional whenever he's looking at the price if it's not taking the path of his goal.
Set your goals for the long term and don't think that in just the short term everything will happen if you're wanting it to the price to the extent of being high.

Buy at least a few other asset classes to hedge your bets e.g. shares, bonds, commodities, property....... vintage wine, fine art etc  Cheesy

Are bonds an investment or a way to keep your money safe from inflation? They don't appreciate in value much.

Shares as a hedge? Like when you buy Gamestop at the right time? Cheesy

For me the best way to be cool about Bitcoin is holding long enough. When you can say you had it for 3 years or more, you learn not to care about FUD or flash crashes. You'll know you can't lose on this bet.

We've been in a bull run but investing in crypto isn't that easy,it can be damn stressful..most of us are usually obsessed I.e, checking our crypto wallets every half an hour if not minutes
Few ways to remove your emotion from investment
*Never invest into Bitcoin more than you can afford to lose
*Don't borrow to buy btc
*Vary from btc into alt coins
*Buy and trade btc in a trusted and legit platform i.e, binance.. Smiley

Talking about on not to get stressed literally then this wont really just limit out into these things that you had mentioned. Market could always be a stressful one even though
you have followed these things  but doesnt guarantee that you would really be stress free.As long you do deal with moving market then this isnt something that can be handled
out without any emotional factors that do play around.

Yes, its less stressful and that what matter most because getting rid of it is impossible. If you do have these kind of qualities and mindset then you do really know on how
things been working into this market. Just to add up that you should never ever be hooked up on news neither fud or fomo things in this market.
Seeing and looking it actively does really give out some big effect into your decision making skills.

Not your Keys, Not your Bitcoins
Here's another one: study human behaviour and realise that looking so often at your portfolio does not only mess with your mental state, but with your productivity as well. Not even talking about eyes haha

PRO TIP: Can use price alarms if you're anxious about your portfolio, but again you should not be afraid that you're going to lose your money. Know your risk tolerance and allocate your net worth accordingly.

I disagree with your third point, altcoins will make your life way more stressful than if you just invested in bitcoin, with bitcoin you do not have to worry about having to go through thousands of coins just to find one that is worth something now and that will be worth something in a few years, bitcoin is the best coin in the market by far and you know that even if the price can go down from time to time it is still going to exist, have value and if given enough time it will give you profits.

It is really good to diversify our assets for security but I am into cryptocurrency and commodities like precious stones and metals. Property is good too but depends on the property you are interested in because sometimes the one you are into is liability not an asset. Robert Kiyosaki once said an asset puts money on your pocket and liability take money from your pocket so beware.

Regarding property, I was actually thinking of funds that invest in property.

Commercial property has tanked, so there may be some bargains there, if you have a long term view.

There are also collectives that invest in rental properties, and you can invest whatever stake you like.

Thanks for sharing these as this should be the basic ethics to be followed which investing into bitcoin or any crypto currency.

But most of us end up losing their amount due to impatience and panic, I think users should understand that there is no guaranteed returns in bitcoin as it could go either way unless you are a long term investor. We should not rush and end up selling at loss or buy due to FOMO, I think most of us make this mistakes.

of the 4 points that you mentioned about reducing stress when investing in bitcoin. point number 3 about borrowing to buy bitcoin is something that will give you a very high level of stress. Taking a loan to buy bitcoin is very risky, because in addition to having to repay the loan, the borrower is also required to make a profit for the investment made, if there is a loss it will increasingly provide a burden and not to mention the interest that will continue to run. The safe way is to buy as much as possible and use the free money you have. that's enough. Don't be too pushy.

All of these can be considered useful and valid on how you can make your investment in bitcoin get better but there are still plenty of ways on how you can improve your game here in the crypto world. One of it is through improving your patience and self control, both of these are really important because if you can't wait for quite a while, you may regret it in the end, also if you can't control your self, you'll end making decisions that will result to loss or simply a mistake. Another way is through being strategic and mindful of the market, you can use it as an advantage wherein as you observe the price change in the market, you can start building up a strategy which may lead you to a more successful investment.

Accidentally, I have borrowed some of my friend money so as to invest in the market. Everything has gone so high and I can not afford to miss out again so I choose to borrow his money. But everything is still under control. Besides, I have worked quite hard in the company in which next month salary is enough to pay back everything

I totally agree with all of your advices. Everybody is in the hype of buying/stacking cryptocurrencies in the past few months. Hence, being emotional can cause you to lose a big amount of money. Think of these advices as your personal checkpoint before investing anything

The first mistake for new bitcoin's investor is he is too overconfident that bitcoin can give an instant wealth. They will be a panic buying when bitcoin price growing up fastly, but they aren't sure what makes bitcoin price is up. They just follow the market sentiment and even ignoring other factors that will happen.

As happened recently a short pump from bitcoin price, I'm sure there will be many new investor who will got a huge lose. They can't differentiate which increasing that can happen in the long run because there are many supporting factors so that prices will not experience a drastic decline or the increasing price just happen in a few time and after that the bitcoin price just drop in a few time as well.

I guess that's a really bad thing to do for someone who just new to bitcoin. It doesn't matter how much money that he spent to buy bitcoin, even you can use a borrowed money to buy bitcoin as long as you have known the characteristic of bitcoin price movement and some factors which can affect its price movement.

You have said it all, at every point in time, there are people who checks their wallet like never before and actually you can't blame them because that's what they want, but is that really a good thing. And also, from all ramifications, what causes it is when people goes far beyond their capacity of investing, that is, investing more than they can afford to lose or even borrowing money to invest, thus making them anxious of the market while they check their wallet every now and then, and it gets worst when the market is going against them. Therefore, I agree with you, that people need to understand what investing means, and how to go about it in order to do it right, and all you listed or highlighted are correct.

one stupid thing if you want to buy bitcoin by borrowing money from other people, this will create the highest level of stress if the price of bitcoin does not go up until the time limit specified for the refund,
investing in bitcoin requires patience and you really have to use free money, not spending money or anything, the prediction of the bitcoin market is hard to guess so we can't be sure when the bitcoin price will rise

Ive seen some topics here same like this, the only different from your advice is that point no. 3 " Vary from btc into alt coins."While I could agree that diversified investments is better but choosing which altcoins has a potential is significant.

You can't actually remove emotions, it's always there whenever we do trades. It's how we manage and handle it. Since bitcoin's price may flactuate unexpectedly but having a good mind set will control our emotions.

Anyway those strategies you have mentioned tenss to forger by some investors here. As greed always knocks in especially this bullish moment.

I agree that investing in Bitcoin is not easy, sometimes we get stressed because the price is very volatile. The price of Bitcoin can suddenly drop,
therefore the right strategy is needed to reduce stress when investing in Bitcoin. Actually all investment strategies that are mentioned in the opening
post are the basic rules that are known to all of us. But sometimes we don't do it for various reasons. Thank you for the opening post for reminding us all.
