This really is crazy... I should have cut my losses back at $4 but i thought we were headed for a correction.

Uh, I think it is assumed that the time goes to whatever time zone the first correct guesser is in.
That's a strange assumption... A GMT assumption makes more sense to me. How on earth are we supposed to compare guesses when we have to decipher each user's timezone first?
