I saw the price of $400 already in some exchanges. But that is not very significant. The price is very volatile.

i think that bitcoin price would be reach to $400 soon but in 16/2 i think it would not be happen and i guess bitcoin will stay $400 below till that day
this was already happened bitcoin price reach 401 USD on satoshindex and 399,8USD on Preev, i'm sure we gonna reach $420 next month

I didn't expect it to become reality, but we are just $1 away from reaching $400 right now at Bitfinex. I only hope that when we do reach $400 that we don't fall back to $380's again. We have seen this happen way too often.

It ain't a resistance dude, it's still the support line S2, S1 is at $420 and the break even seems to me at $450...
If it breaks that, then we are sure to see $500 in no time...

Yes it is possible, in fact I saw a recent price reach of $397, so $400 is very near, but there is no guarantee of stability...

I agree with most of people here, 20 dollars is not a big rise, now is 388 at coindesk. So in few days we can see price rise even aboce 400 $. We will see what will sony do next month and about steam will they accept bitcoin as I saw somewhere.

we are just $12 away from reaching $400 which makes it very likely that it will happen this month. china is already over $400 and i am sure the other exchanges will follow china.
i vote yes because 10-20 USD increase is always possible to reach in a short time.
besides i believe that when the ETH pump ends there is a lot of money coming back to bitcoin which is going to push it up.
I too feel the same as today it almost reached $400 (just a few dollars less). I bought bitcoins when it was $460 and I just want the price to rise over the amount and I'll then sell and buy more bitcoins. Till now I've not managed to make a lot of profit as the price was $375-$385 for the past 2 weeks. besides i believe that when the ETH pump ends there is a lot of money coming back to bitcoin which is going to push it up.
i don't sure, i doubt china is still in the chinese new year, the majority have just started to work just like bitcoin.
for that matter, chinese will use the bitcoin. why chinese people don't pack the red packet to their children with bitcoin though?

Nothing is broken or damaged when it comes to Bitcoin. Stop spreading nonsense. OP : I really can't see the price touch $400 in a matter of days. It will take much longer.
Stop spreading lies. Bitcoin doesn't scale and doesn't offer much protection in terms of privacy.
@amph of course it won't magically skyrocket bitcoin but it is one of the first requirements for it.

we are currently stuck in the trading range $350-410 for a (in Bitcoin terms) longer while. For now, I don't see any fundamental developments to push the price in one or the other direction. Therefore, it is possible to go to $400, as this is still within the range we are bounded, and such a $20 move wouldn't need much effort. Sure, it is possible.
