In the current situation, btc fall below 4K and I do believe that this situation is the best way to buy btc at a much lower price value. If people are in doubt, then they should shift to altcoins which they think is more promising based on market data analysis. Going back to btc, I believe that this will spike further in the coming year and most likely, no bullish run this month.

Don't be so sure. Bitcoin is so volatile that a single big thing is able to move it by thousands of dollars. If Bakkt and Vaneck ETF were accepted in December we would be at $5000 at the very least. 1000 up or down for Bitcoin is nothing. It could be at 5000 tomorrow, but it could also go to 3000 in 1 day. I expect the situation to get better by March.

Buying altcoins is really risky at the moment but you can still do so. It just depends on your risk appetite really. 
I think that at this point we can say that the situation is stabilizing in the range of $3,500 - $4,500. I think the situation will look like this until around mid-January, then prices should start rising.
The 4000 USD is a proof that bitcoins will rise back again. If it has driven down the way to 2000 USD then I know hope will be lost for it resurrection yet it was able to bounce back from 3800 to 4000 in a short period of time.

I think everything will end in this month. We have some good news like sec, etf etc in the first of 2019. So i think we are very close to the next bull run.

It's uncertain to determine on how long we will wait for the ending this bear season. No one has the exact time when we will see the market stabilize again, if you bought bitcoin earlier somehow last year or even earlier than that you can still say that its worth selling it. Because we saw it went $20,000 on its all time high, no one would like to sell at this level. We're all patiently waiting and this struggle has broken most of the expectations that by the end of the year, something good will happen.

if you still have a little confidence in bitcoin next year then buying is the right choice at the moment, and also the altcoin on the top 10 list will have good potential 
Probably a bearish market on New Year eve. Ther is yet a news about a possible catalyst for Bitcoin bull run for this year. Though if you feel confident about the altcoin you wanted to buy in this huge crash, go for it. Besides I believe a potential and promising altcoin will give you much profit than holding your Bitcoin dearly. There is much room to grow for a starting good project.

i am pretty sure its over, the problem is structural, the bitcoin propaganda ministry will never admit and stop running their agenda, they simply will continue till they have realised its hopeless.
they have to suffer first till they are ready for reforms.
