How do you define inappropriate comments? When I look at the post archives, I see that some legitimate questions were asked here, such as from the players to whom you refused to pay their winnings. As Bitinity said, you have to change your behavior on this forum if you don't want a negative trust rating that can't be censored. Is that what you want?

We did not refuse any winnings. We only wrote that a user placed 300 bets, and that we had to verify these bets.

Please see the terms:

7.5 All withdrawals will be processed within 72 hours, unless further review is required. This decision will be based on the gaming activity and the placed bets.

Fair enough answer , 72 hours requirements to wait is not that bad since it is written in your TOS that players must read and understand first before depositing and playing .

Maybe he isn't aware of that rule that's why he keeps bumping the thread about his claims.

anyway Please update the thread ASAP once the process is over and what is the result .



72 hours looks a reasonable timeframe. Personally, I never have placed 300 bets in a few days.
I can imagine that it is some time to check everything.

I see. I didn't really follow your old thread and I wasn't familiar with the specific case, but from what I saw here, it seemed like you were repeatedly deleting legitimate questions from your users and other forum members. Which wasn't cool.

However, back to the topic, is there any way of speeding up the process of verifying his bets? Or at least giving him some estimated resolution time?

Patience is not the issue here. The issue is that you have been telling me for a week that you are verifying my bets, all the while acting as if this is something that commonly happens in the industry. It is not, particularly on big league markets where I placed all of my bets.

It's important that you get this issue up to speed, and stop relentlessly deleting comments from your threads, and also stop making brand new threads when the allegations start stacking up. It is clear for everyone who has a cell in their brain that things are not adding up here.

Also, if you are taking a week, so far anyway, to verify some bets, perhaps your company could make the decision to send me an email of some kind to let me know about this? Surely that would be helpful.

Please try not to delete my future posts, as I am not trolling you. I am simply looking for open and constructive communication.

Better get used to it, gamblers usually do not have high patience, they just want to withdraw their money instantly. If you have a good system, then grading bets and processing withdrawals would be instant unless you are making an investigation which in that case you have to make the user aware of it.

Anyway, good luck, it looks like the issue is not that big, but give at least a timeline and maybe solve that ASAP before you run a signature campaign.

Also, trust the experts in running the campaign to ensure success of your campaign.

Makes complete sense since bet verification depends on multiple factors. Have all his bets been verified or not? You can support your answers by providing proof in the form of screenshots, videos etc.

Better to fix the issues first before launching signature campaign. Having signature campaign wont help you if you cant fix the issue. Also change your behavior to delete valid complain on your own thread, be professional if you want to gain trust.
