Are you considering restoring a no deposit bonus? I know there were problems with this at the beginning, but maybe can be found some solution?
This is always attractive to be able to explore casino/bookmaker first, before making first deposit.
At the moment, we do not have any deposit bonus available.
We will credit personal bonuses to player accounts from time to time, based on the gaming activity.

There is a thread here, https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/warning-avoid-4444sportcom-until-they-change-their-behavior-5375673, about 4444 and their scams.

You can choose to reply to it if you wish OP.

First of all welcome to the forum. The website is very attractive for new and existing users. It's good to have an easy chat support option so the users can reach out to the support on the easy steps. Signup seems to be easy but please confirm the step of currency selection, as I am confused that upon selecting any particular currency, will the users be able to play against the other currency?

At the moment, we do only offer Bitcoin for deposits and withdrawals. We are aiming for other coins in the future as well.
I guess it will be okay if you only offer bitcoin for deposits and withdrawals because you can add more coins while you develop more to the site and I think you can announce that once you add the coins. It is normal if the site just has one or two coins at the beginning because they need to prepare many things before adding the other coins and if they are serious about working for their site, they will try their best to give the best thing for their members.

As a newcomer you cannot maintain a reputation, it is very unfortunate
Well building a good reputation and maintaining such is a huge business and will take a lot of work, if the admin of the site is serious about building a reputation on this forum then is going to take them a long time and some hard work, so many good and reputable sites we see today some started on a bad note but there were able to clear that up and gain the respect of the members of this forum. I will advise 4444sport to do the same.

You are wrong about this. There is a Costa Rica company license, and this license is enough to run an online gambling business.

I understand registering as a company offering online gaming services in Costa Rica is easy as ABC, but your website states that you're regulated. In what way are you regulated?

This is what I think is obvious. If a company is legally registered, it is regulated simply by Costa Rica law.
If it is really enough to register a company and be able to provide gambling services, it is definitely a great help. I see no reason not to take advantage of such facilitation.

We have chosen for the Costa Rica License, to make it possible for players to play without undergoing the KYC procedure.
So gambling will be complete anonymous.

No, it is not. There are no laws or regulations for online gambling in Costa Rica. As there is no legislation regarding gambling activities, there is no one to control or regulate online gambling companies. Therefore, this is an unregulated casino and there is no legal protection for players.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to check it, so I'll assume you're right.
However, if the casino is registered and operating legally, it is better that it offers some level of security than a fully anonymous gambling platform that gives nothing.

Any chance you guys at 4444 could provide a link to your Costa Rican license?

As far as I'm aware there is no such thing as an actual license. The Costa Rican government can give you permission to provide sports betting services from Costa Rica but there is no 'license' ever issued.

I see you have given us a negative feedback already. There are sites who do not pay out in 3 weeks, and that is still accepted by the community.
And not paid in 7 days because we are checking bets, and you give us a negative trust.

I'm assuming you have a small number of employees so between design/development and customer support + marketing, how do you even find time to manually verify entire bet histories of people? (I'm assuming you have them all on a list of some sort).

Perhaps you are using an automated software for that? It would be much more accurate than human reviews if all you're doing is preventing abuse of bets.

In my opinion, I was neither trolling nor spamming, and I was as objective as possible. It is one thing to keep your topic free of spam, but quite another to restrict the freedom of forum members to express their opinions. Considering your best interests, I urge you to reconsider what you are doing here.

Thanks for the comments. We had to remove some comments since the content was inappropriate.

How do you define inappropriate comments? When I look at the post archives, I see that some legitimate questions were asked here, such as from the players to whom you refused to pay their winnings. As Bitinity said, you have to change your behavior on this forum if you don't want a negative trust rating that can't be censored. Is that what you want?

We did not refuse any winnings. We only wrote that a user placed 300 bets, and that we had to verify these bets.

Please see the terms:

7.5 All withdrawals will be processed within 72 hours, unless further review is required. This decision will be based on the gaming activity and the placed bets.

Fair enough answer , 72 hours requirements to wait is not that bad since it is written in your TOS that players must read and understand first before depositing and playing .

Maybe he isn't aware of that rule that's why he keeps bumping the thread about his claims.

anyway Please update the thread ASAP once the process is over and what is the result .

72 hours looks a reasonable timeframe. Personally, I never have placed 300 bets in a few days.
I can imagine that it is some time to check everything.

We have already told this to the specified user multiple times, but seems that he has no patience.

I see. I didn't really follow your old thread and I wasn't familiar with the specific case, but from what I saw here, it seemed like you were repeatedly deleting legitimate questions from your users and other forum members. Which wasn't cool.

However, back to the topic, is there any way of speeding up the process of verifying his bets? Or at least giving him some estimated resolution time?

Patience is not the issue here. The issue is that you have been telling me for a week that you are verifying my bets, all the while acting as if this is something that commonly happens in the industry. It is not, particularly on big league markets where I placed all of my bets.

It's important that you get this issue up to speed, and stop relentlessly deleting comments from your threads, and also stop making brand new threads when the allegations start stacking up. It is clear for everyone who has a cell in their brain that things are not adding up here.

Also, if you are taking a week, so far anyway, to verify some bets, perhaps your company could make the decision to send me an email of some kind to let me know about this? Surely that would be helpful.

Please try not to delete my future posts, as I am not trolling you. I am simply looking for open and constructive communication.

That's great to hear. I hope the situation will be resolved soon.

I believe it's always best to communicate openly with the community and respond to all inquiries and comments. This is a forum after all.

We have already told this to the specified user multiple times, but seems that he has no patience.

Better get used to it, gamblers usually do not have high patience, they just want to withdraw their money instantly. If you have a good system, then grading bets and processing withdrawals would be instant unless you are making an investigation which in that case you have to make the user aware of it.

Anyway, good luck, it looks like the issue is not that big, but give at least a timeline and maybe solve that ASAP before you run a signature campaign.

Also, trust the experts in running the campaign to ensure success of your campaign.

Makes complete sense since bet verification depends on multiple factors. Have all his bets been verified or not? You can support your answers by providing proof in the form of screenshots, videos etc.

Haven't registered yet but I can already see from the home page that only BTC is the accepted cryptocurrency. Do you support segwit? Are you working on other cryptocurrencies as well? While I have no problem with the transaction fee and confirmation time on Bitcoin (at the moment), gamblers still prefer having options. Today, the market is bleeding and many players would probably like to use stable coins over BTC.

Edit:

How do you prevent abuse of your Free Bets? There are people who abuse faucets from other gambling platforms and I'm pretty sure they would try to take advantage of your promotion as well.

Maybe I am not aware of the site but welcome aboard and hopefully, you can enjoy staying here.

If you can still with No KYC, I think you can gain attention from crypto gamblers as many of them do not want to verify their account by sending any document. I am not registered on your site and only look as a guest. Maybe later, I will register to see what is inside the account. But all in all, you need to manage your site to run better and trying to start to launch a signature campaign is a good chance for you to get attention from people here. Good luck, @OP.

Thank you.

First of all, I would suggest you give up the self-moderated topic. I do not know who convinced you to do that, but it's a bad sign for a new casino, and no reputable casino would do that. I for one would welcome and appreciate an open, uncensored debate. As long as you are honest about your business, you should not be afraid of public opinion.

The platform is still very new. The owner is constantly trying to improve the functionality based on our suggestions (which we all appreciate very much!).
KYC is not required as it is not required by law in Costa Rica where the company is registered.
The old thread was closed due to trolls that have been spamming and disturbing normal conversation.

That's good to hear that you are launching a signature campaign soon. Well, there are different campaign managers who manage campaigns well like CryptopreneurBrainboss, Hhampuz and more. Anyway, where is it posted and why the old thread is moved to archival?. My guess is that there might be something that is frowned in this forum that made the forum locked and in archival.
^ I understand OP why he/she created this new ANN thread.
Defamation or even slandering is a part of a business made by competitors, we know there is plenty of gambling business here and we don't know other's motives. I did not post on the old thread just only here but I think there is a good discussion there that should bring it back here, restoration a good topic is good just like no withdrawal fees. However, it is your decision OP and we respect that matter.
Nevertheless, a signature campaign is a perfect promotion that you should start here, good luck with your business, and see you around.

Launching a signature campaign on Bitcointalk is certainly a very good idea. It is also wise to choose a responsible manager, but you can also handle it yourself, the thing is how much time you can spend on it.

I think you should also reconsider restoring the registration bonus.
