The unconfirmed transaction is still valid and may still be floating around in the network, so be sure to spend its inputs to yourself, or the transaction may be confirmed at a later time and you'll end up double-paying.
The simplest way is to send all your bitcoins to yourself. Don't forget an appropriate fee

Just got a reply after numerous trials, "there is some issue related to network and our team is working on it." Now at least i am certain to some extent they're not gonna scam but all i have to do is nothing but wait for some time.

Actually your conclusion is incorrect.

Assume it's Oct of 2013 and Mt. Gox told you that.

What should you have done?

Whatever you should have done now, you should do now.

Move the largest fraction of the coins.

Site is back now. But still i don't see my coins.. Huh

Why not move some out? Like 0.95. Yes they may have a temporary maintenance issue but you have a "where are my coins, Dude?" issue which is unknown as to whether it's temporary or permanent.

Yeah, I do have a private key and am able to access it. No they don't have the seed for the wallet. Terrible service is what I think of because they are in from past 2 years and recently i did few transxn recently it was smooth but from last night this issues( may be coz of no segwit news, as they were giving free 2x coins) their ratings are average and sometimes good too but yeah reliability and customer support is pathetic.

Yeah that absolutely sounds correct, balance should be 0.98 only.
Ok, in that case, I would suggest your import your private key into another wallet like Electrum (when you create a new wallet select: Standard wallet -> Use public or private keys)... and double check that it generates the same address and has the correct balance.

I certainly wouldn't be happy about not being able to see my coins because their server is down for maintenance!! Shocked  Roll Eyes

The most important question is: do you have access to the private key for this address (17fb1G7nF3N6K6zSpR1D8Y1tQbhRNzPRWU)?  or do you have the "seed" for the wallet?

If the answer is NO... then this Bitcoin-India either has TERRIBLE service or coding or both... OR it is a scam... over 90 confirmations on the blockchain, there is absolutely no valid reason for that amount to not be reflected in your wallet balance.

The address: 17fb1G7nF3N6K6zSpR1D8Y1tQbhRNzPRWU  has received over 1.5 BTC since 21st October... and the current balance is 0.98451 BTC... does that sound correct?

I think you don't have to worry about anything just yet. I think they are trying to solve the issue, they just took down their website a few minutes ago.

Yeah that's what a sigh of relief. They are fixing things up, hopefully once they are live get to see my coins.

p.s: if these issues are going to happen from client then i am really dubious about security since any exchange company can close down any night and run off with btc  since they're holding our private keys. Even if i go for trezor i have to trade on exchanges, clueless on where to hodl btc
I haven't heard about this site same as others do say on here and been view that they are ongoing on maintenance hope it wont be an exit scam but well I cant judge about the site though. Hope they would resolve those issues soon because security is the most important thing for a site and shouldn't really have some bugs specially on deposit or withdrawal area.

I see them online but no response to my messages. May be too many requests but that doesn't mean one should switch off or do not lift the call. 48 hours is what they say to address the ticket. I got nothing but to wait I guess may be at least 24 hours. (12+ hours already passed).  Undecided

Just wait it out.

In a way, i am being lil impatient but how much time buffer should i consider from technical aspects to get things resolved, if we consider a sync issue from a client. Because, I don't even know if they're really looking into.

Give them a few days and go from there, if you still get no response from them, you should contact your local authorities to look into this matter. Have you tried calling them? Are they responding on their whatsapp number or is it dead too?

It is still not showing up in my wallet. No one is responding as of now. Not even an update on timeframe. I must say pathetic service.

It shouldn't matter right, how much so ever i sent as long as the confirmations are done ? Now its 70 confirmations but still not reflecting in my wallet. I m just stuck!

Have they stopped Responding? Or are you just being impatient? If you believe they are scamming you, You should open a Scam Accusation against them, so that no other user uses them. Scam Accusation board

Yes I double checked, address is right.

They have their own mining pools it seems and and they're saying blockchain has to respond to them and lot of other users are also facing the downtime from yesterday. I really didn't get the technicalities and am still not known how much time it is going to reflect. Any help?
I've also never heard of bitcoin-india, I assume its a local wallet for people in india right? It might be worth discussing on your local board here regarding its legitimacy.
Anyways, I don't get why blockchain has to respond to them  Huh. Because your transaction has already received enough number of confirmations to be reflected so the problem clearly lies on their side in fact even unconfirmed ones should also be reflected. As said just like from the guy above, what you can do now is to contact their support.
