Hire Bitcointalk Camp. Manager @ r7promotions.com
In the mean time, maybe @Royse777 could also tell 4cryptobet team that the forum community wants them to be more active? 🤔
The hardest thing from a project team to ask. They (in general a lot of project team) really don't know how to use the forum and things. :-D
In our last conversation I suggested them to be active on the forum and they have plan for it. Maybe they are still planning :-P

But anyway, soon we will be able to see some actions from the team. Stay in touch.

Welcome back 4CryptoBet, you went MIA on us and the last time I used the platform...only the casino was functional but seems all bottlenecks have been ironed out both casino and sportsbooks are functional  Cool Good luck to you guys.

This casino launched their services sometime back within this forum and bailed and are back again, but it looks like op bailed yet again without replying to a single question posted within this thread.

What the heck? It is pretty evident that they aren't totally serious about their site. No amount of advertising will help your site with this sort of lax behaviour op.
Which is why they need someone to help them with  managing Support related work on the forum...but I guess they would be online on their platform or via email just like they did for version 1 which isn't enough..but my advice an aggressive approach will be needed to show how serious they are about their business and win some players to patronage their platform.

I only used your casino ones and that was on the month of January last year when you guys first launched your campaign under the management of AB de Royse777.  First time testing your casino, I didn't experience any issue and am sure you guys will be thriving this time again.

Welcome back  and don't forget to hire AB de Royse777 if you need to promote your casino because the first time, he managed your casino promotion campaign  so professional.

It'd be nice to get an explanation from OP on what went down after they disappeared from the forum to tie up some loose ends.

From what I can see, there were talks about revamping/reopening -- has this been pushed through? kinda odd to suddenly drop bitcointalk from promotions if the reopening pushed thru considering the traction made from here 🤔

The team were also aware of delays and possible overlooked withdrawal requests before disappearing... I'd be interested in reading @tyraxx scam accusation thread when that comes out. Hope you do so @tyraxx as it appears, you never made one before.

I’m starting to think that we are no going to get any response from the Op. if you look at their profile you’ll notice that they went offline as soon as they made this thread and since then they have not even bothered to log into their account account - for a company that has been in Bitcointalk and has even launched a signature campaign they should be aware that such a behavior would hinder their growth here.

Or maybe they are just trying to delay response so that users would have already shifted their attention to something else - that way they won’t face too much pressure from forum member. Just my thought.
That's probably the wrong way to handle complaint from customer and believe me even if they take as long as they feel the issue from the people complaining will never be shifted elsewhere, I feel they are just dragging some bad reputation and name to their brand and one thing about this community is that if they see some sort of weak point in your service then you can probably kiss your service bye bye.
As much as I tend to agree with you to some extent, I would also say that we should try and cut op some snacks, atleast, let's give him or her more time before we start jumping into unnecessary conclusions.

Before going properly into my comment, I would like to emphasize on the fact that I've not really gone back to read comments from the previous page to find out what some users are complaining about, but then, I will like us to understand that not every one have so much time to spend online like most of us, there are people out there who only come online once or twice each week due to the nature of their offline activities, maybe op is a person that falls into such a category, if this be true, then I can only advice him to (maybe) hire someone else who can assist him to respond to users complaints concerning the casino services, maybe a social media accounts manager or something.
Well  I think you have probably said it all because I don't know why any serious business owner who is filled up with other activities won't go for the alternative of hiring a manager that handle such services, I mean replying and customer service in the gambling industry is what's really speaks for any company and no matter how big that casino will claim to be they would probably not get good ratings and reviews because of the fact that their customer service is poor and this is merely what wanted to affect the reputation of bc.game here in the community and they are probably one of the biggest casino there is but the moment that end was fixed everything looked brighter again for them.
Yeah, you are completely right, and  I agree with, but it's rather unfortunate that many or several of this casinos managers seems not to understand, or properly understand the importance of always being online to receive and respond to feedbacks, enquiries and complaints from their customers and potential ones, so they neglect this part.
And for those who possibly do understand, they still also neglect this, major reason being to cut cost, but they fail to understand that bad customer service is something that usually do affect alot of businesses, it has driven a lot of business into losing their good reputation, example is like you mentioned, bc.game, and the latest of them all on this forum currently is freebitco, freebitco has lost, or is in the in verge of losing their good reputation due to lack of a personel to attend to customers issues and complaints.

If the owner(s) of this casino is really serious about building a global brand, then now is the right time for them to take customer service very seriously.
The issue with freebitico is just so surprising, I mean the owner @quin has come out to actually say the cause of withdrawal as being a delay caused my email backlog but yet there still seems to be some issues as some person are saying they have received withdrawal and some other still pending it's just annoying for a customer to lay complain and not getting quality response even if you are a reputation Bitcoin faucet like freebitico, the reputation can still be under threat because with satisfying humans one bad deed can stain the million good deeds.

What they do here is not really good, I thought they are coming back to be more active but I was wrong because OP disappeared after created this thread.
They did something better when they came to this forum for the first time as they made some interactions with forum members before he disappeared for a year.
Now what will they do, disappear for another year then come back next year with another new thread?  Grin
From this fact, I think that this casino is not really serious to advertise the casino in this forum or maybe they chose the wrong man to be representative here.

first see what casino I complained about cyber.bet which is now a known scam and a casino on many blacklists with the worst reviews.

Overall, I have been playing in casinos/sportsbooks for 15 years and have played in hundreds of casinos and bookmakers, I have a lot of experience and I have come across many fraudulent gambling sites, I am active on casino.guru, Askgamblers, SBR  and others.
in case the casino/sportsbook is unknown and is not available on any websites and is advertised on bitcointalk so I am writing about their scams here.

see that there is no information about the 4cryptobet casino in Google, it is a casino that has no players, and is only an attempt to extract deposits, 200% bonus to encourage players, this company does not generate any player traffic, no one plays there.

I know what I'm saying because I test almost every new casino/sportsbook and only a small part of them turns out to be a scam.

4cryptobet has no license, uses the cheapest software, is practically unknown and has no players, has unresolved payments for a ridiculously low amount of about $400 (I don't remember exactly)

think what will happen if someone wins a lot? if company was unable to pay $400

You probably won't find players here on bitcointalk who have deposited and withdraw any amount higher than $100 in 4cryptobet, I have experience with them and I know that they are scammers, I have e-mail correspondence in which they write that my witdhraw will be processed and I will receive a bonus for the largest deposit in a week and another bonus for the fact that the withdrawal is longer, these promises were made a year ago , I have not received anything from them until today, so I even lost my deposit.
you can also read the last topic in which the casino representative wrote that the outstanding withdraaw will be processed, then he disappears from the forum for a year and now he is starting a new thread, let everyone draw their own conclusion.

When I saw OP's post, I immediately searched on Google about them and didn't find anything, I started to get suspicious, that's why I immediately asked if he had paid you, because it's not normal for him to create a new thread knowing that he already had a thread from 2022 and what scared me the most was the fact that this is a casino that has been operating since 2022 but has zero reviews on trustpilot

source: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/4cryptobet.net

It's not added on many casino review sites, that's why my suspicion is that they don't have customers, that's why they don't have many people complaining about them, maybe they saw that they don't have many customers, so they came to create another thread to that attract more people and when someone deposits a lot of money they will disappear, I could be wrong in my way of thinking. I'm not accusing them of anything because I didn't use this casino and I don't have proof of any case of scam against them, but in your case it's different, you can create a thread in the scam accusations section and post proof

Scam Accusations

It is very important that you follow the appropriate format

If what you say is true and you have evidence (solid one) then it would be best to take the issue to scam accusation board and make an appropriate thread there - presenting everything you have against them.

I used the site back then, when I was a part of the signature campaign and I did make withdrawal but not a large one (since I’m not a big gambler) - but if indeed they owe you +$400 and you’re sure you didn’t do anything that requires you to lose it then go and create the thread if analyzing your proofs forum members should be able to decide on what action to take - if it’s to tag and create a flag or not (depending on whether you’re telling the truth or not).

Sometimes i feel like casinos must have a "Proof of Bankroll", because we don't know if they will have the money to pay a big win, that's the problem with the new casinos.

In their F.A.Q. they mention there is no limit on the win, which is absurd:

Quote
A: There is no real limit! All the games on the site can be won with no limited amount and you can simply earn without limits. Earning 50-100 BTC in one round in a casino is no longer a dream and you can bet and earn any amount throughout the site and easily at anytime and anywhere generate significant profits but also enjoy a quality gaming experience like never before.

Even they talk about 100 BTC wins, lol, maybe there is no limit on the profit but there is a limit in the withdrawals. I'm not sure.

I guess you should also bring that Email here to prove all your claims against this casino , because you are correct that they have gone for a year while you are waiting for your funds till now.
do they stopped communicating to you? sorry that you need to experience this but lets see what their representative  has to say this time here.
