Haha very easy to download if you don't want to download any app in your computer then try Mobil and just use UC BROWSER .
This browser allow you to download any embedded video when play that video for few seconds a download sign will appear in scree area (see at right hand side ) .
this is just a mobile browser will not harm your device and trusted by millions of people in all over the world .
you can install it from play store .

I myself use maxthon cloud browser and it has its own resource sniffer to download every single element you want 
So do I, its the simplest thing ever, not bloatware like IDM
100% better than any software out there, and its totally freeeeeeeeee.

if you are on google chrome, right click on the page and select "Inspect" (or Ctrl+Shift+I)
in the opened window, either look for mp4 (or other video formats) in the elements tab or select the "Network" tab and look for videos there.
then right click on the video url and select save

Go by the option given by DesignDerby.co.uk as its the easiest without having to install any third party plugins.I was about to suggest the same but little late . hmm I don't know how many videos this would work for; I'd want to do this for future ones I come across every month or so

Step 5

i have downloaded that video succesfully using the IDM you can download it here officially https://www.internetdownloadmanager.com/ , don't worry it is safe , i used it in same computer i stored my bitcoin so far nothing suspicious happened.
here i make you an tutorial, wish it work on you
