There are some very cool entries!

Keep them coming. We will start judging very soon. It wont be an easy task to chose winners that's for sure.

Very soon? What's the deadline for submissions? I've got some work in progress, but it's not ready yet Smiley
i believe its 25th this month,  i have some work progress too, hopefully can be done before this, 5 days left Cheesy
and yeah good luck to all participants

Did you make this or you used a template?

If you're asking whether this is a GIF template, then no.
It's two After Effects wireframe templates files spliced together, with some motion graphics thrown in, rendered, compressed and finally converted into animated GIF.
Making something similar from scratch would take days.
Why do you ask?

Because it looks exactly like this: http://shareae.com/after-effects-project/logo-stings/5543-videohive-sketch-reveal.html
Thank goodness I was honest then, although, it is not 'exactly'.
But here's my question. Since you already know one of the source files, why did you ask me?
Will you be asking the rest of the contestants who are using templates as well, especially your #1 pick a couple pages back, who used AE typography templates for both video and GIF?
I look forward to seeing your questions to the other contestants, including the previous competition winners who use templates as well.  Smiley
Anyway, I hope this will not degenerate into another debacle like the Coinographics contest last year when a group of friends from the same country tried to influence the voting.

Hey, I just accidentally ran into this one. And if I find sources for other contestants, I'll comment on that too.
My only concern with using premade templates is if you have the usage rights for them - because those are being sold online, and are available as "pirated" copies - Stunna probably doesn't want to be sued or something if he uses that video for promotion later on... Smiley Anyways, OP says "Videos/images must be original and not copied from someone else".
But you didn't just comment on mine, did you? You tried to trap me. That's not a nice thing to do, since I can see a dozen other submissions made from templates, including the one you're championing as the best. Anyone remotely familiar with AE knows that - hence why I became suspicious of your motive. Some of the winners from the first competition are also made using templates. White board animation videos are made from templates. Powerpoint videos are made from templates. Building a one-minute video from scratch can take from days to weeks. Rendering AE files alone can take hours. This is why people use templates. That doesn't make their work any less original. For what its worth, the link you gave wasn't even the original.

If you're really concerned about Stunna's well being, perhaps you should do a search of all the submissions in this thread. I can give you a few pointers - I recognize a few source files. Let me know.  Smiley

No templates allowed because it must be original content as specified in the original post by stunna.

PREVIEW (click for original size)

thanks primedice for making this awesome contest

A bit old stats though. For example,
Pd is at more than 5bill bets, 1 million btcs wagered AFAIK. And I dont know whats it about the highest faucet, many other sites offer faucets bigger than PD, examples are cryptogames, the one in my sig, rollin, dadice(probably, at least equal to it).

Well you are right, its now 6.3 billion bets already. I only take it from examples as in OP  Grin
I will fix it later if I have time. Thanks for your input.
