The issue is most probably with zakoliverz who started that dispute and possibly locking OP out. Lips sealed

I can offer a free escrow for both of you here if you want to resolve this amicably - BTC4Amazon deposits the coin to the escrow address, zakoliverz closing the PayPal dispute, and I release the funds to zakoliverz.

Alternatively, zakoliverz can just release the funds to BTC4Amazon and have him send the coin to you afterwards...  Undecided I don't know why OP agreed on a random PayPal sale though - never trade via PayPal to untrusted members here.

John , I agree with your escrow terms.

BTC4Amazon please deposits the 0.958BTC coins to the John's escrow address.

once John verify deposits of 0.958BTC , I will close the paypal dispute.

Once paypal dispute is close , BTC4Amazon please give me full refund.

thanks.

it makes me cry and laugh at how fast some people panic at not getting there bitcoins and open dispute with paypal, i feel sorry for BTC4amazon but can also understand zakoliverz reason also when its a dispute paypal dont normally lock the entire account??? its never happened to me anyhow
I was not able to "withdraw" funds noticed now I can still receive and pay for objects but I cant request a check or a withdraw or anything.

Wow, this thread makes me either want to laugh or cry. Feel bad for BTC4Amazon for dealing with an apparent idiot.

I would like to alternate this agreement.

I will send 0.958BTC (93.88/98) to an Escrow Address held by John. Zakoliverz will release the dispute at which time I will refund the money.
Once I prove to John the money has been refunded he sends coins back to me.
If by some crazy occurrence I become a scammer and do not refund the PP John sends bitcoins in escrow wallet to Zakoliverz.

I will not trade with somebody who has proven to already lock my PP once. This is the only option I will offer other than letting PP sort things out on it's own.

This is the best solution.  Zakoliverz has no reason not to agree to this.

Dear BTC4Amazon ,

Please send bitcoin and I will close the paypal dispute.

Once paypal dispute is close you can use the money.

Don't do that, make a thread in scammer accusations instead.

This is the risk of selling coins via paypal.

BTC4Amazon is online and ready to deal.

I PM BTC4Amazon and BTC4Amazon told me to send the money asap.

Once I sent payment. emails BTC4Amazon and PM but no reply , yet BTC4Amazon is online.

I have proof that BTC4Amazon did not sent any bitcoins.

https://blockchain.info/address/14eXr36TiJmSUdbSdXzQNC9CAVfPVFbu5K

BTC4Amazon please refund my payment because you did not sent mt bitcoin.
You are obviously very IGNORANT! So let me put it in all caps and try to explain, WITH PICTURES Roll Eyes
YOU LOCKED MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT!!!

There is no refund button, BECAUSE YOU FILED A CLAIM ON IT.
I CAN NOT DO ANYTHING WITH MY PAYPAL BALANCE, BECAUSE OF YOU!

RED BOX show's I can't do anything
GREEN BOX Show's you wouldn't have gotten a full btcoin anyway because I only received 93.88/98.00 USD
If you had waited for me to wake up this morning and get home, I would have happily:
A: SENT YOU YOUR DAMN BITCOIN
B: REFUNDED YOUR MONEY
C; DEVISED A PLAN, ON HOW TO DO THIS

But, instead, you filed a claim, while I was sleeping which means It is in PP's hands now. If they don't refund your money I have no control over it. I for one will not send you your Bitcoin until I can use the money. Which means PP unlocks it.

Please someone, try explaining this to him. It is as simple as I can put it. I am extremely Irate and it is getting the best of me, so I will retire aagain for the evening. This was just suposed to be a bathroom break, and then back to sleep. But instead I had to do this!.

And yet again, as a side note. I realise why no one wants to use PP in the bitcoin community.
