You should go to the Binance office directly, presenting proof that you were stolen, I think that's the only way, or you can find more https://www.binance.com/contactUsCn.html

I found this for you from support binance.

How to handle stolen funds transferred to Binance?

The victim must go through KYC verification on Binance.com.

The victim must submit a support request on support.binance.com, providing the following details:

Detailed description of how the hack happened
Detailed (clickable) blockchain links of all transactions involved
A signed NDA or a statement agreeing to obey non-disclosure standards from Binance
If Binance thinks there is reasonable evidence that the funds are stolen, Binance may lock the funds temporarily.

The victim must provide a police report within 24 hours of filing the support request.  From there, Binance will work directly with law enforcement to handle processing of the funds.

Five BTCs are not a small number. This kind of thing is really troublesome.
I have also encountered stolen trading platform accounts before, but fortunately there are no coins.
I hope you can get back 5 BTCs that belong to you。

This is very worrisome. I believe this account has 2FA. I hope Binance be able to something about it should it be a loose end from their side.

I think that Binance is a very safe exchange. It has  withdrawal confirmation methods such as 2FA, SMS, and E-mail. If you adopt all of the above security policies, I think it is very difficult for the account to be stolen. Can you tell us the specifics of your are stolened and how did it happen?

Any suggestions how they did it?

Your coins are gone forever and nothing you can do to bring it back. If it wasn't your fault then contact the customer service and lodge a complain

Hello guys.
I have a question.
5 btc were stolen from my binance account.
What the, what does 5 bitcoins do on an exchange? Are you day trading that whole amount all of this time? It was never a suggestion to let that big amount stay to an exchange because it's either the exchange will be hacked or you will be hacked.

there any possibilities to get it back? What shoul I do for that?
There's no way to recover it now, if the funds was sent to the hackers address there's no way to catch it.

Bitcoin transactions are irreversible.

Let me ask if your binance account has 2 factor authentication or email verification?
If yes maybe it's a binance bug or I think you use a fake website because there are some scammers posting a ads in some search engine like google and bing.
If you are victim of fake binance there is no way to recover your BTC or if your computer is infected with auto paste malware which can auto paste other bitcoins address then there is no way to recover it.

Please post the binance link that you use and we will check if its fake or not?

I guess you can write them off, unless Binance admits that it is a result of a hack at their end.

You will say someone logged in with your access data, how is Binance going to verify this? Everyone uses VPN these days, if they compensate you that opens the door for everyone else.

Keep your coins in wallets you really control (e.g. not on exchanges)
Use 2FA and all security measures offered on an exchange

Sorry for your loss, I speculate on circumstances here. But if it is what I think it is, all you can do is accept your responsibility, learn from it and move on.

Sorry to hear that. I am just curious if you have 2fa enabled? Definitely need to contact binance to report it to see if what they can do. Once the btc is sent out of the exchange there is no way for refund unless the exchange reimburse you.

Only Binance can help you, report this to Binance ASAP they might give it back if evidence show lack of security measures from their side, last time they revert back trades came from a Phishing site trade attack.

Even if Binance finds proof that OP indeed got hacked, what can they do? The BTC was already stolen and sent to another address. I really really doubt Binance will cover the stolen BTC. The only thing OP can do is to move on and learn from the mistake.

That sucks. I think, only Binance can help you. The person who stole the BTC, I do not think s/he is going to give it back. Binance may compensate you if they see it really is stolen, they should be the one who were suppose to keep your asset secure. Anyway good luck.
