Hmm if this is so it's new. It used to be (In december) the backend checked for newbies that ahve graduated every 10 minutes and all the ones seen were promoted. But the forum ahs had a lot of problems since then handleing traffic so they may have gooten rid of that command all together to save space/Ram
Yea, but I bet they got attacked before and taking a safety measure.

Really? I thought it would be automatic once the requirements were met. Are we supposed to just wait around until a mod notices we've qualified, or do we have to PM someone?
