Does it help us find the error? (kernel log)
~snip~

According to the log, one of the hashboard doesn't detect and the two hashboard is fine all ASIC chips are detected.

I think your title is misleading? The chip you are talking about it supposed to be "a hashing board" am I right?

Anyway, Have you tried to downgrade the firmware? I heard that November firmware can solve this issue, but the problem I don't have any source where to download it.
Try to flash it with this firmware Antminer-S9-all-201711171757-autofreq-user-Update2UBI-NF.tar.gz
Then check if it solves your issue if not please post the new "kernel logs"

The final solution that comes to my mind is to reflash it using "PICKIT 3". If the one of the hashboard is broken you can revive it by using "PICKIT 3" and you can fully erase the program then reflash it with working hex file from other hashboard.

Check this guide from here repair a T9 + after a bad firmware (lost chain)This guide may work well too in S9.

Are you using an air conditioner to cool the intake air?  80 degrees Celsius doesn’t make sense with the air restriction and running 3 boards.

no, I don't use.

Are you using an air conditioner to cool the intake air?  80 degrees Celsius doesn’t make sense with the air restriction and running 3 boards.

Six inch flexible ducting versus the four inch that you are using.  You don’t need the adapter because the six inch ducting will fit over the antminer fan.

I just realized that maybe it would be easier if I said to use a larger diameter ducting.  150 mm instead of 100 mm.

Just a few questions:
Are you using a modified bmminer?  And are all your miners on 4” flexible tubing?  If yes to both then you should be underclocking your miners while using 4” tubing.  If you have to use flexible tubing you should be using 6” tubing because 4” is too restrictive especially with longer runs.

Yes modified bmminer but did not overclock.(the same problem in the original bmminer ) .  ""  6” "" Can't understand, can you explain? My English is bad, I'm sorry. I'm waiting for your help

What Power supply are you using, and at what input voltage.  No pic needed.

Edit-I hope you didn't mean to type 880Watts psu, for that would be too small to fully power an S9...

What power supplies are you using, and with what input voltage?

...and you should move this to the Mining Support section, too.
