Dude keep calm. The OP mention that withdrawal process will be long, 24-48hours approximately since he is doing it manually and checking it first before he released funds. I won too and waiting my 188$ from my 50$ free play. We don't risk any money here so waiting a bit is not that a serious matter tho.

My only comment about the website was, there is no "remember me" option for my account. I keeps logging in whenever I close my chrome. I'm a lazy type person so that feature is a big thumbs up to me. But overall, the betting platform is perfect for a normal gambler like me. I like the simplicity of the UI/UX design which is really cool whenever I browse the whole platform. Keep it up!
