But the only thing worse than not getting rolled is to get rerolled because you already won.

The main issue here is whale can completely dominate the prize pool due to his large number of tickets leaving small time player low chance of winning. I know that you just want to encourage your whale players to play more to gather tickets since they can win multiple times and increasing there tickets will give them a high chance of winning.

That 1 rule that you change is everything since small players already hope that they can win even there's a while since the prize is multiple.

Imagine this. There's 3 prize while whale holding 30 tickets out of 100. It means his chance to get each price is 30% on all draw since his remaining ticket is still eligible for other prizes. Assume this scenario that there's 5 to 10 whales that holds the majority of the tickets. Cheesy

Sure, and if that was the case, it would still be fair.
But it's not the case. The #1 guy has less than 10% of all the tickets, and he has wagered a lot to even get there.
Raffles should never work in favor of those who has contributed the less.

Come on my friend; you change one of the main rules just before the raffle and don't consider that as a problem ? The feature (winning 1 prize per person) was something that made the raffle on this casino quite unique and attractive for smaller players. Now, with the new rules in place, there is no difference anymore and it is a similar raffle compared to all other raffles, which is a pity.

There were a little bit more than 7500 people online and you could also notice this in the gambling activities and I never saw so many players on Crash, Roulette or the Wheel. I managed to win around 75,000 BUX (45.2$); around 100 shards and 15 extra raffle tickets, which is very good for a free hunt!
