Are you welcoming US players on 500Casino? Looks like 'tableplay' was referring to the fact that a user from the US has played at 500Casino by completing the level 1 KYC verification. Although the support agent hadn't meant the KYC verification by level 1, 'tableplay' has a wrong impression about it. Still, US players aren't allowed in 500Casino based on the terms.
