what do you mean by "Counos has been offline"? isn't Counos the name of the coin, so how does a coin go offline?!!!
as for the 51% attack, it happens to all the coins with low hashrate and enough incentive to perform the attack. if the exchange owners are not total idiots they simply put certain watchers to detect these types of attack which are easy to do too and suspend operations immediately. not to mention that they normally require high number of confirmation for these coins that are susceptible.

Southexchange is not the best choice for trading, as well as coinexchange, cryptobridge or stex. All of them are manipulating trading orders, have no real volume and are acting very strange regarding deposits and withdrawals, be careful and trade on Binance.
In the last few days our coin has been added to a few exchanges
From : idax , cryptorank , exmarket , hubi .....
Counos will soon be imported to Binance and our audience can be sure of their safety....
but for now Counos has been offline because of the attack ...
