not really . it is still possible to earn huge jackpots higher than 51btc even if you dont have a huge capital . most gambling sites offers huge jackpots by just playing thier game while some require waggering . wagerring is hard and this is the only thing that you will be needing huge capital to be able to have a higher chance getting the jackpot prize .

And is he still that much up? Mostly those kind of players comes back a few days later to bust all or even more. Or is he one of the smarter gamblers who just stopped after this. 
I saw this crazy guy playing about 2 weeks ago . And the last time I saw his account he was in profit + 162 bitcoin . I don't know how much he had withdrawal and how much lost , but luck was on his side .
