I have played and been paid from this site also and there would be more than one accusation of them not paying, so i think it safe to say that he won't be supplying any proofs.

Zazzu, what are you talking about? We have over 3000 accounts and we pay all that play on our site. If you try to cheat the system and set up more than one account our system recognizes it and will not award you with bonus chips. Only one account allowed per person and that is clearly stated everywhere.

that was changed becuse it was setup wrong it was 1btc and 500mb freerolls instead of 250mb and 500mb so he they to change that

No not from the Tourney. Strict 1 Account Only Policy though. Each person gets 1 entry to the tournament and is only allowed one account. Multiple IP's are Identified pretty quickly and connection will be terminated if caught.
Should be a fun 6 days though!

It is too fast to actually jump into a negative conclusion, another reason for people to access a gambling sites by using TOR or VPN is for anonimity, some people wish to stay anonimous in gambling sites or his country is not gambling-friendly country and gambling is simply banned, so best thing to do is to use either TOR or VPN
