Mountain onto which God descended: Found!
Ark of the Covenant: Found!
Historical fact of the bible is not contested but dates are. For instance, when did Moses live? Current theory states 1400BC, but I can show hebraic worship of ShangDi in China going back to at least 2500BC.

I have no reason to doubt a single word in the Bible.
As for Noah's Ark, the evidence could easily have been discovered by one of the many empires to rule the middle east, and they could have had the evidence destroyed. I can see why they would want it destroyed much more than one of the many other human-idols in history. As for the Red Sea crossing, well. What evidence do you have to suggest it was not crossed? What evidence do you need? 1) the Red Sea exists. That's good evidence. It's a river.. how could you preserve artifacts indicating it happened? Personally it's just common sense. 1+1 = 2 in my world.
