I think that you should invest that money on Bitcoin, Ethereum and ADA, those are great coins with huge potential. And if you are a new investor, then those are the coins that most suit to you, because they are great
I think $700 is not a suitable amount to invest in bitcoin or ethereum, because I think it is hard to make that amount more than 3x or 4x with these. I think some promising coins which are under $1 which are cardano and tether can be good selections for $700.

Your capital is less so don't go with bitcoin, bitcoin cash and ethereum, for this investment amount i would like to suggest you to invest in coins which price is around 1-2 $ so go with aeternity, ripple, iconomi and steem dollar.
When you choose coins with low price you will get more coins so when price of that coin increase you will have greater profit margin.

To have a safe investment, I think you should invest in ETH now. Suggest you to buy ETH and LTC now. Because they are cheap now. BTC is moving up so you had already missed the train.. BNB is cheap now too. 
If you're new to cryto world, holding any coins in the top 10 marketcap is a lower risk than gambling on investment on ICOs.
I would suggest you to get into coinmarketcap.com. As you are newbie you say, filter coins that are below $5 and have good growth in the market. You spen time in analysing the trend of coins as you are new. Split your investment into few parts which will support to yield profits feom any one if you loose in another coin.All the best dude.
Yeah,,right.. i suggest you following advise from many people here. They are right, ethereum is a good choice for invest now, rather than choosing a new altcoin, ethereum is still more profitable, the price is now also quite cheap. you just have to hold and wait for the right time to sell it.
