Seems unlikely. Twitter modifies its algorithms very frequently just to prevent things like this from happening. So when you guarantee no dropping, that really makes me doubt you. Otherwise, pretty great deal!

It is because the followers are most likely from fake/botted account. If it is too good to be true, then it probably is.I think it is obvious that they are not legit real followers for a measly $1. He may be able to make them look real to an audit for a few weeks but in the end they will be known as fake because the lack of tweets and activity.
Even real accounts get tagged as fake for that reason. I would pay 50x that for 7k crypto followers.
