Thats what ponzi are for, at first they will pay the investors ,but after a few days when somebody invest a huge btc. Admin will conduct a maintenance due to some problems. But after an hour the website is gone.

LOL, Accounts are sold here. BTC.Surf was also similar to this. Senior/Jr/Full/Hero/Newbie. Gain trust not account.
That's not what he said. All that was said was that the admin most likely purchased his senior account rather than actually building it up (since it is really easy to buy accounts). An example of this is btc.surf - the guy was a hero member and shut it down. Why? Because he bought the account. He was equivalent to a newbie. So, no, the admin doesn't own half of the forum accounts he probably just bought an account.
And that's not to say that the admin doesn't pay. I've seen the payment proofs and am, myself, invested in this site. I am sure, like most ponzis, it will payout for a little while. That's why you got your affiliate rewards and I am sure I'll get my payment. But please understand that under no circumstances will this site last forever. No ponzi will and this site won't be any different from btc.surf and others.
So please read what he said before answering like that. It makes life a lot easier.
