After some thought I have decided to abandon the altcoin space. I feel the energy should be better spent to improve BTC and enhance the protocol to cover the things it needs.  Of the alts I have seen in the last 5 months, I am convinced that all are pump and dumps and truly do not intend to do anything more then create, pump, exchange and dump for BTC.

I am continuing this project but will be converting the investments to BTC instead of ZET. Having checked out inputs and other off chain systems it seems the need for an alt to accomplish the fast deposit needs of the app is not really needed. If the app supports the alt coins in the future it will be through and exchange with btc.

I have returned all investment of ZET to the addresses that sent the deposit.  Once the app launches the only investment system will be the in-app system. Once I have the beta ready I will open this thread for IPO purchase.

I am still working on this project and will continue to post the progress here.

What people can do is deposit more than what they have.
Look into what happened to FTC. And ZET looks much easier to attack.

I have made a note and will look into what protections can be put into place.

So you're using ZetaCoin.
How do you plan to mitigate 51% attacks? Given that its hashrate is low, one big miner could easily attack it.
The fast block / low confirmation makes it even easier.

Internal system will be off block.  I hope to use ZET, the 51% attack issue is a real issue that needs to be addressed by the devs of ZET. Just like all the exchanges have taken the same risk, monitoring of the health of the block-chain can been added to the app before cash-out's. Using any alt-coin has inherited risk. The level of risk the company is willing to take will be adjusted as time will tell. Once the final prototype is done, we will roll as needed.
Since most mobile game play is done in patches of 2-5 minutes, having the ability to work quickly is a high expectation. ZET works for this at this time. In the future it may be BTC 2.0 that does this.

As always, thank you for the insight.

To be clear. This is not a big company that is getting into the market. This is me. 1 person with plenty of experience in the web and app design. This will be the beta product of this start-up.  There is no magic company behind the curtain. You are getting exactly what is outlined in this thread.  As the project becomes a success more talent will be brought in and the avenues of expansion will be explored.

So you are saying you are developing your own software from the ground up. IE from scratch?
I am shure you can point to your previous track record or track record of your staff.
Also please produce your company registration and your localisation.

I am using a modified mycelium for the back-end wallet system. https://github.com/mycelium-com/wallet/network

For the gaming system I am building them from the ground up.

App design/prototyping in Photoshop will be done this weekend. Looking forward to sharing these. They will just be image mock-ups but will give a good idea of the general feel.

games4luck.com purchased and will be used as the parent company for the android app for distribution.
Reviewing hosting options.

My initial thoughts are to release the game with a point type system that includes a crypto currency wallet. A setting could be changed to play for fun or play for crypto ( list of wallets supported to be determined).  This may make the app able to be listed in the app stores. Will do a bit of research.

Current plan.
1. Build the beta app with a wallet, game lounge/chat, game list( 1 slot type game to test with ability to add more as they are updated. )
2. Have a few investors test the app to verify it meets the quality expectation.
3. Add the app for download at games4luck.com and do an alpha release on the forum.
4. Respond to customer feedback and make changes as required.
5. Determine promotion budget and plan
6. Determine staffing needs to provide game enhancements and bug fixes.
7. Determine schedule of adding new games to the client.
8. Review with lawyers and create necessary protections.

I am sharing this here since I have read some great post of people sharing their real world experiences. Please share any insight you may have, or if you just want to troll, gripe, or rant.   Karma will balance it out.
Questions.

I am interested too. Let me know how to invest or to support.

IPO buys should be sent to the wallet: ZJmxzXRHXV88PadLTu2vR2mCpzRQrDtdiC

1 ZET = 1 share of 777C

You can get the ZET client at: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.2860956

As an alternative, you can wait for the app and invest that way ( Will be in line with Just-dice with only a small percentage of house profits being invested in. ) Benefit of investing in this initial IPO is that you get a % of 70% profit.

I am starting on the demo at the end of the week, it will include a wallet system and a simple slot game.

Have some honest advice for you, personally I think this IPO will fail to raise any funds.

There are probably 2 bitcoin casinos coming out every single day, what makes yours so special? If I was you I'd build the casino first, have a working product to show investors and then try to seek funds through IPO. Right now there is no reason for anyone to trust you and why would they invest in your casino when they could simply make their own.

This is probably coming off as a bit harsh, but quite frankly ideas are absolutely worthless. Build something and then sell it.

I agree 100%. As soon as the demo is ready I will present it on this thread. I have also considered adding in the investment feature directly into the client like just-dice. That seems to work well.

This is just a place to get initial thoughts.

As for 1 casino hitting the net every week.  Vegas has plenty of casinos, no need to worry. As long as the features are there, games are updated and fun and it works..customers will play.

Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas, I do not mind at all.  One thing to consider, is that on this forum we are not getting much new blood to trust. We have 5-20 folks that regularly do IPO's etc with the random 1 or 2 showing up from an unknown.  A new cadre must be allowed to spread wings.

I am active in the alt community, have been into BTC long enough to understand it, and have over 18 years experience in the internet industry. I am doing this as a project I enjoy, this just gives me a chance to be part of a team effort rather then doing it all on my own.

Ok, now I understood.
But not-store app will have limited range...

Anyone can install an .apk on their phone/kindle by downloading the .apk, you have to have allow unknown sources checked in the settings.
 ie http://www.apkdrawer.com/

There is a great market for direct installs.

Why it have to be outside Google Play?
It is stated somewhere that all funds/ponits/whatever have to be buy via store?

Google discourages using any other micro-payment system that is not their own.

"Gambling: We don’t allow content or services that facilitate online gambling, including but not limited to, online casinos, sports betting and lotteries, or games of skill that offer prizes of cash or other value. "

" In-app purchases:

Developers offering virtual goods or currencies within a game downloaded from Google Play must use Google Play's in-app billing service as the method of payment.
Developers offering additional content, services or functionality within another category of app downloaded from Google Play must use Google Play's in-app billing service as the method of payment, except:
where payment is primarily for physical goods or services (e.g. buying movie tickets, or buying a publication where the price also includes a hard copy subscription); or
where payment is for digital content or goods that may be consumed outside of the application itself (e.g. buying songs that can be played on other music players)."

IMO you just need create new address for funding for new user and ur ready to go.
Don't quite follow you here.

We can adjust the working name with no issues. 777 Casino is a common use name. Kinda like ABC Plumbing.

Or 101 scamming
As always, I would suggest that investors have due diligence and invest with caution.

Identity information can be provided to the forum mods if needed. The app is getting released regardless of IPO, so this is just an opportunity for investors to take part and profit by it. The IPO allows for a greater bankroll for the launch of the project. There is great demand for a real android casino.
