Our last adjustment to our giveaway was around a year ago, while the price hasn't moved such a large amount overnight, it has moved more than 10x since our last adjustment. We've tried to keep it at the current levels as long as possible, but after over 60,000 claims, and the new all-time high for bitcoin, things were starting to get rather costly.

I was surprised it hadn't happened earlier
with the prices above 6500$ now it takes a lot of coins to keep this running for everybody to play for free and earn money without depositing
I don't get why all of the people are complaining,as if they put their money in Smiley
freebie is a freebie, especially as generous as 777coin offers
if you look at all of the leading dice sites and casinos their faucets and giveaways are reduced big time:primedice, cryptogames, stake etc. they all have reduced faucet
some even 10x times and you don't hear people whine about it
casinos are business,not charities

Anyway, I’ve seen that one of the options when you go to games leads you to Bitvest.io. Does anyone know if you can transfer funds from one site to another? If this isn’t the case, as the same person owns them I think it would be interesting.

I dont think there is a way to transfer your funds from 777coin to bitvest or vice versa except you withdraw it to deposit address on one of them. Agree, it would be an interesting feature but I think it wont happen although both sites are owned and managed by the same person.

I think that’s totally understandable, I doubt anybody will have a problem with it. A gveaway is a giveaway, nobody has the right to moan about anything they get for free.

Yes, it is totally understandable. I was just asking because I was curious about the reason, but I am very grateful for the giveaway no matter how much they cut it down.

thanks, and zodiac month how many times pay  ? some times 2 times some times month, next payment when ? Smiley

There is no exact time for the payment of the daily free satoshis, just wait and check your account daily or as you wish. You can just keep posting to claim the giveaway and wait for the payment. I guess they do the payment whenever there is no other important things to be done on the site. So if there are other things to do, it will make the payment a bit slower.

Ok. I trust what you say because you have been longer than me using the site, but this is a big move, from 0.5 mBTC to just 0.1. Bitcoin price hasn’t multiplied 5 times overnight.

I think if you are right that is because they set some funds apart to pay for the free giveaway and they last long, maybe months. So, now that they are finished, they change giveaway amount according to the current price.
When was the last change in the amount. Do you remember?

I don't know exactly because I took a long break from the forum but I have a 5000 sat claim from May 2016 when BTC price was around $600. BTC price was relatively stable from late 2014 through to the start of this year, I'm actually surprised how long they waited before reducing it. I'd guess as you say that the budget was set aside and has only now needed to be replenished.

Yes, I realized about the change because you said that. Owner will have to change first page of this post, as it still says giveaway is 0.5 mBTC.

Is there any explanation anywhere? I mean, owner can do whatever he wants with that money but going from 0.5 mBTC to 0.1 mBTC is quite a difference and it cannot be explained just for bitcoin price rise.

Maybe too many people claiming the giveaway and not wagering and/or depositing.

It's just the increase in BTC price. It's up more than 5x year to date so the decrease still means they're paying more than they were in January. When this first started in 2013 it was 0.005BTC and they had to reduce by a factor of 10 when the BTC price took off in November that year.

It is very reasonable for them to adjust the amount of the free satoshi because of the bitcoin price which is so high at the moment. It would be bad if they keep the amount as what they gave previously. Players especially free satoshi hunters should appreciate all the decisions by the site, good thing is that they do not stop it right away. So people still able to claim once per day which is good for them.

The main reason must be the bitcoin price, other reason might be too many abusers creating multiple accounts for it. Above suggestion is good, should be a minimum rank to claim the giveaway. Otherwise, they will need to work harder to avoid multi accounters.

Hi.

Does anyone know if 2FA can be set for everything but not for logging in?

I mean that in other sites where I have 2FA enabled they ask for the code if I want to change email and password and also for withdrawals but not for logging in (unless I log in from a new IP or I have cleaned cookies).

If not, I think it would be good if the owner and/or manager would take this into consideration as an improvement.

The "Remember me" option will allow you to log in automatically, while still requiring a user/pass/2fa on other devices. There is currently no option for a user/pass only option on a specific device while using 2fa, or options to customize what requires 2fa.

Hi, thanks for trying to help but it doesn’t work for me. Even if I click on “remember me” option, it still requires me to put 2FA if I log out and log in again on this same device. I’ve tried a few times.

Hi guys! You are posting in the wrong thread. You should be posting in this one:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/777coin-full-range-of-games-instant-withdraw-free-mbtc-254871

Follow the link and next time remember it is the one in the Rounds and Games section. You will easily see it because it is very often quite up, many times the first one. This way you avoid writing for nothing, because you are not going to get paid for posting here, and you don't spam this thread.

Minimum withdrawal limit is 1 mBTC and fees is 0.3 mBTC mean if you post thirty days and then you can withdraw 1.2 mBTC which is not bad at all I play many games and my maximum withdraw from this giveaway is 0.07 BTC I love to play here

Thanks for correcting me. I didn't know that because I always have more than that to withdraw! Paying 30% in Tx fees doesn't make much sense so it would be better to wait a bit longer.

Ok. So, do you think it is a kind of payment for advertising the site?

That's exactly what it is. That giveaway thread is one of the most active on this forum. Currently 61940 posts and 1685735 views. That's just from signed in members, from the forum advertising stats there is 10 times more traffic to this forum than that. It wouldn't get noticed at all if it was hidden 3 pages down on the board. The whole OP is a huge advert with graphics, everyone sees that the first time they visit the thread. It's partly down to the forum rules that forbid someone bumping their own thread more than once a day and also only allowing incentivised posting in the games and rounds board.

It must be working for them as they have been running it since July 2013 and just for fun the first payment I got when they used to credit it daily was:

0.00500000   SYSTEM   From Admin   Nov. 6, 2013 - 1:09 AM

But I dont think members are able to collect this like faucet, just post daily then withdraw it once they reach the minimum withdraw. Especially with the latest btc price which is so high, if 777coin let this kind of activity means they are doing charity and it requires a lot of btc.

It's not like a faucet or for charity, they are paying you to bump the thread so it is always on top.

Do note there are no restrictions what so ever! So you may withdraw at anytime you wish

How can you come to the conclusion you did after reading that? Oh, and BTW there is no minimum withdrawal except you have to pay the transaction fee.
