The issue should be fixed now (You may need to log out then in again). The cookie that prevented it from popping up was set to expire at the end of the session instead of after a few months in some cases.

However, I still have a problem that I have been having since I have signed up. Even when I am logged in, it shows the popup that asks me to register a new account every time I visit your site.
For example, https://i.imgur.com/44XbEHa.png. It clearly shows in the top-right that I am logged in, but the registration popup still appears

Well, it's not as much of a problem as it is an annoyance
Just a minor spot on an otherwise perfect finish.
