Lutpin usually does it every 2 weeks (on a Wednesday). The fact we weren’t paid yesterday suggests that we won’t get paid until another 2 weeks unfortunately.

I’d say those of you who haven’t earned a single merit since January don’t have a chance to participate in this campaign.
Why? do Lutpin include the amount of merit you received since the forum started the merit system?
do other signature campaigns include the amount of merit you received to let you join to their campaign too?
I'm just asking because I haven't been online for a while.
It's not included explicitly but Lutpin cares about who he hires. There might be some exceptions, I suppose.

In some campaigns, the manager has such requirements like some earned merit for all ranks. No such specific requirement for this campaign but it may increase your chances.
