Anyone who has spent even a small amount of time dealing alts will tell you that rumors drop the price, but actual news causes a jump in the price. The 8Bit developer would be wasting his time circulating rumors if he is planning to dump later. All he would be doing is dropping the price.
maybe you don't know, or you know, but this was not premine... so what can he dump? The coin is pretty cheap at this moment, certainly interesting to take a risk.
That is my point. If he isn't holding much then he gains very little by watching the price fall and selling without delivering masternodes. As long as dev is here this should be a massive profit. I imagine half of the coins will go to masternodes, this means that the supply will get cut off. If only 50k coins are up for grabs then we will see an enormous price.
