Only IDEX, Decentralized exchange that i use so far. And i think IDEX already have it's reputation by their users. So far i am not have any problem with it as long like what my friend said to not use main wallet to access that kind of sites.
It seems not only you, but everyone will definitely choose Idex. Because the volume in there is quite large and their web pages are more user-friendly compared to other Dex. But the shortcomings of Idex is they can't custom url like Forkdelta. So, to be able to trade tokens that are just realese must send a proposal first, and this is not necessarily approved.
Ah yes, maybe not all tokens can be traded like in forkdelta which we can use contract to make trading activity with the token. But i think with that maybe will make tokens that listed in IDEX at least already filtered so not all tokens will accepted in there.
Its either of the two Forkdelta and IDEX, not mentioning that FD listed a lot of tokens directly but we can use this either to buy potential coins at low prices. We know IDEX would stand better than FD but we can't deny that still a lot of crypto traders are using FD by then until today.
Anyway, if we casually visited FD we can find that there is a massive transaction happens out there and it just means that it is still competing against the other decentralized exchange.

The main attraction of decentralizes exchanges is the safety of your money and reliability. Unfortunately, the number is these exchanges is still low, and they do not have such convenience and functionality as their centralized “brothers”.  Nevertheless, when you send your money using centralized ones, you will never get it back if something is going wrong. Dex will never freeze your money. For me, DEEX is a very good decentralized exchange. It also has other solutions for users like crypto games.
The number of decentralized exchanges available now is not that low, the few ones that we have is even more than enough to actually satisfy the whole of the market, but the challenge with most of the decentralized exchanges that has been opened is low turnout. We are the main problem of these decentralized exchanges because we do not patronize them for them to have a very high volume to keep the exchange alive.

If we all support the few decentralized exchanges that we have, the issue of security that many people use to have would have reduced drastically because I think decentralized exchanges are still the most secured exchanges that is available right now. When it comes to decentralized exchanges that we can trust, I know binance dex could really be trusted because they are popular and has been in service for a long time now.

like DEX exchangers is a good idea where many exchanger are centralized hacked. now a lot of DEX exchanges have sprung up and I once made an account on forkdelat and IDEX both of these DEX exchanges I prefer IDEX. I also recently heard that John Mecafee made a DEX exchange called McAfeedex
Centralized exchange especially the big ones does have the strongest security in the internet and can't easily break-in by hackers. I also believe in decentralized exchange specially IDEX, I did many counts of trades there and it built up my trust in their exchange.

I really don't trust John McAfee after his disaster promotion before that gave him a bad reputation.

When I click the link that you have put I see all decentralize exchange, but I don't know even one of them. When I start here I use also a decentralized exchange like etheredelta, forkdelta, and IDEX. But right now I just focus on using binance exchange. Lastly, for me, if you going to use a decentralized exchange I recommend the IDEX and etherdelta because I have been used it and it is totally safe.
Same like this. I even didn't ever heard about those 9 DEX exchange site until now. Even for binance DEX, it's not even included among the 9 best of DEX exchange.
I vouched for forkdelta anyway, never had any problem since i've used that DEX since long time ago

We are all paranoiac about losing our cryptocurrencies to stolen on centralized exchanges. Aren’t we? That concern makes us look for safer and secure cryptocurrency barters. Now, we all know that centralized cryptocurrency barters are good but not the best as soon as it comes to safety. Moreover, happenings such as Mt. Gox hack and Bitfinex hack swig more fear.

Despite all, we are compelled to use centralized exchanges which basically violate the basic tenants of a decentralized crypto business. Yes, forced to use in view of the fact that we don’t have many options bearing in mind the decentralized cryptocurrency infrastructure and barters are still being built.

That said, when the decentralized groundwork is ready in a full-fledged manner, it will blow a new life into the cryptosphere. People will manage to participate without be worried the safety of their cash. What more do we crypto addicts need!

In line with that, it becomes expressed that we start looking for the best decentralized cryptocurrency exchanges that you can use to trade in today’s time and date.

Can anyone put the nine exchanges here? I'm not really a fan of posts forcing me to visit a website like this one.

~
However, OP may want to include McAfeedex and Switchdex. These two are the best there is now to DEX.
How so? Mcafee beta is just a few days old and you already consider it as one of the best?

I stopped reading at changelly which is at the top spot. They can ask for your KYC information and halt your funds if you do not conform so I'm not sure how is that decentralized and good for anonymous exchange.

You should write with the thought that someone might use it based on the information you provide.

This is a prime example of why reading the ToS of an exchange is always a good precautionary measure before going all-in with using them simply because they can ask for details later on after you have signed up to them. Changelly has notoriously been doing that even though they brand themselves as a DEX which clearly doesn’t seem to align with each other. I am yet to use a DEX that has the volume for a fast-paced trading day, and none of those in the list seem to satisfy it yet.

I have not actively used a decentralized exchange for a while and I'm unfamiliar with most of the websites in the list. I used to use IDEX, DDEX, IDAX and forkdelta regularly and barring the inconveniences I found then secure.

The best way to protect your assets is to not store them on an address you do not control, only have them on an exchange when you're actively trading. It's almost impossible to avoid centralized exchanges, especially when you're looking for liquidity.

true you say, it is enough to traumatize MT.GOX events etc., trauma has slightly reduced my trust by centralizing the exchanger, since the incident a few years ago I switched to dex, the dex I can use is Cryptobridge and Waves, but after learning that binance launched dex did not rule out the possibility of me moving and focusing there.

Using centralized exchanges there are always risks that are rather uncertain.
Sometimes exchanges work for years and have an impeccable reputation, and then at some point X day comes when the exchange is hacked.
In theory, anyone who controlled the exchange can be hacked is just a matter of technology and technology.
Therefore, always be careful when using an intermediary such as centralized exchanges.
The dexes can really be an alternative.

based on the article I agree with CryptoBridge, Radar Relay, and Bisq but for others, it seems I disagree
Forkdelta and Tokenstore are better included in the list IMO.

It was KYC free then. However, OP may want to include McAfeedex and Switchdex. These two are the best there is now to DEX.
I just found out there is a dex named McAfeedex, it looks like I'll try it later.

Most of the exchanges name first time i heard from this article. But i think you missed to add top ranking and the most using DEX exchanges such Binance DEX,idex, forkdekta and DDEX etc. I using Waves DEX & Steller DEX for a few times but i think other all of them not well known in the crypto space. Changelly is also very new but their android apps is good liquidity. Recently a new one is launhced which is namely McAfee DEX still i didn’t using that you can add in your list.

Firstly, Changelly is not decentralized anymore. It would be better to remove it from this list. I have not tried all of those on the list, but I think Bancor and Bisq are more useful. And I suggest you add 0x, IDEX and forkdelta to this list. You probably forgot BiananceChain. If you wish, check this list: https://coinfunda.com/best-decentralized-exchanges/

Once a man, twice a child!
Of course, your listed is mixed with you including Changelly as a non KYC requirement exchange. Though I must confess that Changelly was a darling and easy yo use for me during the days of my newbie. It was KYC free then. However, OP may want to include McAfeedex and Switchdex. These two are the best there is now to DEX.

It's not just Changelly that asks for KYC from users, either- almost all of the major rapid-exchange sites out there similar to changelly (example being shapeshift) require KYC at the moment, and they're really quite centralized.
Is it still counted as centralize when they asking some of their users to submit KYC documents If the reason is to avoid money laundering on their own site cause if that happens would absolutely affect their business?

Bitcoin FTW!

Just wondering how Changelly is being included on the list? Arent you aware that they are already switching to impose KYC? If not then better remove this one into
the list.

If I recall correctly, Changelly's been asking for KYC from certain users based on certain factors like the volume of coins exchanged and various other things for over a year, and there's been plenty of discussion over them withholding user funds 'till KYC has been submitted in multiple parts of the forum (click for just one thread link) and in places like Reddit as well.

Being paranoid could be a good thing.
That just means your brain is working well and its defense mechanism is helping you to avoid losing money.

Although I thank you for the list but this one had been posted already here.
List also of decentralized exchange.
We can still help promoting it in a different way.

I'm not familiar with OP's list and I think that others also. A lot of DEX exchanges and I never think that it was the top DEX we're traders are using by now.  I have this https://coinfunda.com/best-decentralized-exchanges/, I may think this was right.

I don't want to say that it was misleading info ( OP's list) but probably it was. In fact, big DEX exchanges aren't on the list but rather to see only those who have no market liquidity.

Best ones? Shown in the article then 8. Bisq is my only choice. Others? They do lack on liquidity or volume like stellar dex and waves dex.

well, i dont know for sure, it's seems hard to bring decentralized to be recognized.
no matter what happen on central exchange , it does not discourage the traders.
i guess decentralized still need to be update about features or system or something like that.
yes indeed, a common problem in decentralized is a pairs for trade, although binance dex has added some major coins on their exchanges like btc, xrp.
well, i dont see binance dex on your list btw.

Not your Keys, Not your Bitcoins
Does the WAVES dex have liquidity? I literally don't know anyone who is using it. Also why IDEX and DDEX not in the top? Especially IDEX is pretty popular in the cryptocurrency communities. I'm a big supporter of decentralized exchanges and I believe that is what we need to have completely trustless services in the world. But these needs a lot of promotion and IMO the user interface should be much simpler because for a newbie it is quite hard to learn all the intricacies of trading in such an exchange. Like they need to install the metamask extension, then send a transaction to authorize their access, then another one for the trade..
